Ventur started with a passion for travel — and the conviction that a rental could be more than a room with a key in a lockbox. A handful of homes became a portfolio, and the portfolio became one of Florida’s trusted names in short-term rental management and luxury travel.

Today we manage homes across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Greater Florida: waterfront estates, city apartments and quiet coastal villas, every one of them held to the same standard. We take on a property as a piece of hospitality, not a listing — designed, marketed and operated with the same care whether it hosts a weekend or a season.

That is still the whole idea. Guests should arrive to a home that has been thought about. Owners should open a monthly report and find that thinking paid for itself.
