There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, an extra 50$ cleaning fee might apply. No smoking inside the house. Please note that our landscaper will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and our pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week. Services are automatic, and while we don’t have set times, they’re quick and non-intrusive.
La casa olía mucho a tabaco, nos cambiaron de casa por una noche para limpiar los filtro del aire, pero al regresar el olor persistía (dos días perdidos por nuestra parte por los cambios que tuvimos que hacer). Por otro lado, el vecindario no es muy agradable, la casa necesita mucho mantenimiento comparada con lo que puedes ver en las fotos de publicidad, el piso se notaba que no lo había limpiado mucho. En resumen no la recomiendo,

Everything was great, except that the photos need to be updated, the bed frames need some work, and the main bathroom door needs more privacy.
Gabrielle's place was OK as it is an older house. Pretty much as described. Quiet neighborhood. A car to get around will be helpful to run errands. Gabrielle was very responsive and pro active. Responded swiftly after mentioning some minor problems
