FontaineBleau Suite Stunning City & Ocean Views

Beautiful suite inside a hotel. Great access to the amenities. Partial ocean view. Loved the balconies! Check-in was difficult and took 2 hours unfortunately. Be sure to ask for the confirmation number in advance (not the reservation number). The host did work to resolve this issue though. Overall, I would recommend to those considering.

Excellent location, excellent apartment. Exactly like the pictures, large great balcony that can see the ocean, and host was extremely communicative and flexible with check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend and I'm planning on staying there again

Host not worth of airbnb platform. #1 Forced to use this company's platform under the pretext of identity verification. Then Encouraged to be in touch directly. Early check-in was an upsell using their portal, and once I deciced it was not worth paying up Check-in was nightmare: slow responses and misscommunication with the resort lasted until I insisted we use Airbnb messaging for the record (and that was lightning fast!). The place was great, alsmost as good as the pictures, but no-where close to real people's hospitality and kitchen accessories, extra filthy A/C air filters, etc. Host and their team honered our inconvenience and approved our late check out at no charge. And thats when the hustling has started... I received a follow up phone call, to talk me into rating 5 stars, then an email stating that by givving 5 star review we would be entered in the 500$ raffle, that than a day later text message reminding me that I still have not give them 5 stars. STOP Harrasing People!

I had an amazing stay and would absolutely give this place 5 stars! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and everything we needed was provided. The host was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect as well, close to everything we wanted while still being peaceful and relaxing. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely book here again. Worth the cost! This was a perfect location for us to spend Spring Break with our two little ones. The blend of having access to hotel amenities (room service, cleaning, onsite restaurants) and the conveniences of our own condo (washer/dryer, kitchen) were great. The hotel is busy on the weekends but never felt overcrowded or too big. We enjoyed having access to multiple pools and dining options.

It was an enjoyable stay. The unit was perfect for a family trip to Miami Beach. A bit of a walk but it was accessible to all the amenities at Fountainebleu and beach.

We enjoyed staying at the beautiful Tresor tower and this unit was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished.Definitely recommend staying here!

the checkin process was a nightmare. I knew i couldn't have access until 4 but. I was sent between front desks multiple times and was told various reasons why I couldn't check in . From 2pm until 630pm I went in circles. I was told the owner allowed a late checkout for previous guests and it wasn't ready, then I was told the guests refused to leave. Then I was told it would be ready in 5 mins. 2 hours later I was still waiting. When I finally did get access, the room was completely bare of basic amenities. exactly 2 creamers, three coffee pods, no water. the cabinets were broken, the toliet tissue holders in both bathrooms are coming out of the wall, multiple door handles inside the rooms are coming off, there are multiple bleach stains across the carpet, and the patio door takes brute strength to open. I choose to leave this review because the owner asked me not to say anything, and only called to offer a discount on another stay after I left. I was so insulted.
