Gallery One  Spa  Heated Pool   Boat Taxi

Black mold infested living room and bathroom and saturated wet carpet in dining room! It was reported and no resolution in the 11 days we stayed there. Run by AI scammers so beware! This is also the Doubletree hotel so just get a room there and then you have clean room and cleaners come everyday. Hotel would also give you a new room if there was a leak or black mold!! The host lied and said I would get a credit for my horrible experience but never happened. It was a ploy to get me to NOT leave a bad review or tell the truth!!! Don’t trust this host or stay at any property!

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Before booking, I saw the unit was in the Gallery One building, which is a Hilton DoubleTree Hotel, so I expected a comparable standard of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. We spent 3 of our 9 booked nights in a room with an air-conditioning system that barely worked. In the Fort Lauderdale heat and humidity, the unit never cooled properly, leaving us hot, uncomfortable, and ultimately sick. During those same three days, the toilet also ran continuously and malfunctioned. The host agreed to refund our unused nights and provide a discount for the nights affected by the broken AC but never honored that promise and has since become unresponsive. We also accidentally left our Apple TV behind, and despite multiple attempts to contact the host, it has not been returned. Overall, this was an expensive, awful, and frustrating experience; I do not recommend staying here.

nice place, very quiet and clean. the view was pretty cool. felt like home on a weekend stay

I love great customer service. They exceeded my expectations. The place was great. The host was very responsive and even checked on my family after the visit. We will be booking again soon.
