We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, and the house had plenty of space for our group. We truly enjoyed our time and made some great memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. The house needs a deep cleaning. We were denied early access because I was told it was being cleaned, upon arrival the house haven’t been cleaned at all smh. The house for the price was not up to par at all. The entire first day I messaged the host for hours. The host was very helpful and getting the team to bring new sheets and they even bought supplies for the house as well. Overall not what I expected for what I paid for the house. Host is great but the house wasn’t clean, nor the pool was clean I had to clean the pool for my kids to swim and that was unacceptable. The minor things she accommodated but it needs a deep cleaning. The home is lovely but it need to be clean because it wasn’t clean at all . Other than that house is nice and spacious but she was very helpful after I reached out to help us but first day I was disappointed but the other days we made it work. Thanks Ventur but she needs new cleaners next time thanks

Leider waren wir nicht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Als wir ankamen war die Spülmaschine ausgelaufen und alles Stand unter Wasser. Alle Fußböden waren sehr dreckig, sodass die Socken, die man an hatte hinterher schwarz waren. Der Pool war dreckig. Die Klimaanlage ist immer wieder ausgefallen. Ein Bett war defekt und es war generell auch 1 Bett weniger als angegeben. Wir hatten gebeten alles zu reparieren, das wurde auch gemacht, aber es wurde nicht nachhaltig repariert sondern z.B. bei dem Bett nur eine Kiste drunter gestellt. Es war weiterhin schief. Die Klimaanlage wurde repariert, war aber kurze Zeit später wieder defekt. Diese Unterkunft ist für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. Everything was well maintained and made us feel right at home. Venturr was an amazing host. She communicated with us throughout our stay, was very responsive, and even provided her phone number in case we needed anything. Her hospitality and attention to detail made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pompano Beach. We liked everything about the villa. It was fully renovated and everything looked beautiful and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and the calm atmosphere. Another big plus was the location, very close to the beach. Nothing, everything was great.

The home was very nice and worked perfectly for our stay. We had a group of seven in town celebrating my dad, and the space accommodated us comfortably with no issues. The host was responsive, available throughout our stay, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we had a great experience.

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, especially given the significant cost and term of the booking. The biggest issue was cleanliness on arrival. The floors were extremely dirty and stained our feet and socks black, even ruining some of our children’s clothes. For a home at this price point, we expected a much higher standard of preparation. Several listed or expected amenities were also missing or not functional. The BBQ did not work, there were no kids’ toys or children’s dishes as anticipated, and basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, and cleaning products were very limited or unavailable. When we reached out, responses felt robotic and generic. Eventually the issues were resolved partially but it’s disappointing a large part of my trip was spent getting my issues fixed so the house to a reasonable standard. We also paid to have the pool heated and were told it would reach a warm temperature, but it did not.

This was an unfortunate experience. My mother wanted to sponsor a family gathering to celebrate belated holidays. It was unfortunate to find the house in the condition it was in. Dirty, had to clean with crappy vacuum and broom. Multiple garbage bags stacked outside the garage with flies. Lack of towels and pillow slips. Host had to door dash target towels and pillow slips. Was asked to zell additional money for pool heater that did not work. Windows didn’t close all the way allowing noise and wind to enter. Toilet papers broken in bathroom. Some TVs did not have remotes. Grille did not work.

I booked the Pompano Beach home for 3 nights for a golf trip with my father and 2 uncles. The host, Ventur, is a company so communications are through its agents. The listing pictures and amenities looked great and booking went seamlessly. Check-in was at 4pm but we didn't arrive until 7:30pm. When we arrived, the place was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned after the prior guests. I immediately reached out to Ventur. The agent apologized and, after a call to the owner, offered to buy us dinner while he attempted to coordinate for a cleaning crew to come to the property. We had already eaten and really wanted to just unpack/relax as we had an early tee time the next day. I asked if they had any other homes in the area, but he said there were none available. I booked another Airbnb that was more expensive and was refunded by Ventur. I messaged Ventur twice asking if they would cover $200 of the additional cost. It's been 9 days and they have not responded to my request.

I love this place all my guess love it i fell like home 10/10

ended up leaving 3 days early and did not receive a refund for the days i wasn't there. there were cock roaches and they refused to refund even with video and picture proof.

The owner was very nice and helpful. She made special arrangements for us to get in on very short notice. The house was clean and had everything that was listed. The only thing that could use a little work, was the outside space.

This house was beautiful very comfortable for me and my family. The hosts were great even left us a bunch of goodies that the kids enjoyed we will definitely have to come back during summer to use the pool.

We had an incredible stay! Since the listing is new, we weren't sure what to expect, but the house was spotless and actually looked even better in person than the photos. The host was really great he brought us a pack n’ play for our kids and little toys for the holiday. The location was great very close to the beach. The Heated Pool was a huge plus, thanks again for letting us heat it on such short notice. The host was super responsive and proactive, making the check-in seamless. It felt like a true 5-star experience, and such an amazing thanksgiving with the fam. We’ll definitely be booking this again soon! ❤️❤️

From the communication with the host at the beginning of the rental process to the end everything was perfect! The house was amazing, just like the pictures. The host went out of her way to make sure everything was great and that we had everything we needed. Was my first time using Vrbo and I was a little nervous being the property didn’t have reviews. But upon inquiring and research I saw it was a new property to Vrbo I really cannot say enough good things. All was just amazing. Highly highly recommend!!!
