Wow, what an air b&b experience. It all started with our host being extremely responsive, which is rare. That was appreciated! The house was clean, spacious, and as described. Not to mention, the price was great! We would certainly stay again.

The house was exactly as described spacious and perfect for our group of five. The host was excellent and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, even though we didn’t end up using it. It was great to see how well equipped it was. The pool was clean, and the private backyard made it a great place to relax. The location was another highlight. Everything we wanted for a night out was only about 20 minutes away, and having several beautiful beaches nearby meant we never had to make a long drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.

When we first walked in the house, the smell was very noticeable. The house was dirty didn’t seem like no one came to clean after the last people who rented it! The pool had water guns floating in it from the last people who had it and there was trash in the back of the yard. Also once you first turn on the street to the home the neighbors had old matteress and couches sitting on the side of the road it was horrible we didn’t stay there at all and we couldn’t even get a refund this was horrible please don’t waste your money here!!!!

Amazing home!

We had a great stay at this house and would gladly return. The backyard absolutely made the price worth it and we had fun playing golf, chess, soccer and, of course, swimming! The host was responsive and helpful, but keep in mind you will need to pay for extras like a late check out and heating the pool. They were able to heat the pool for us even after we checked in, which was well worth it. A few quirks to keep in mind if you're considering: there were no hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen, so we needed to use washcloths. There were air fresheners plugged in in every room and the smell was quite strong, but it aired out quickly once we unplugged them. One of our guests felt the air conditioning was loud at night and most of the remotes for the fans were missing batteries. The neighbor's dog was out most of the day and constantly barking, which was annoying. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

This house was amazing especially outside. It was very welcoming. We walked into the fireplace going all the TVs playing music it smelled very nice everything was clean toilets had paper over them toilet paper had stickers. I would rent this house again or one of the hosts other houses. It is very well kept. I would recommend this house if you are going to the Dania Beach Hollywood area it is close to a lot of attractions and beaches.

We had great fun great location

The kids loved the pool! The 4th bedroom (with 2 double beds) is a converted garage with an exterior door so we didn't feel it was safe for the kids, but would be fine for adults. The neighborhood was a mixed bag as far as maintained properties but very quiet. We arrived after 11, I wasn't able to open the portal to get the code for the door but Ventura responded very quickly to help.

This stay was absolute terrible do not book!! This house was very dirty the toilets didn’t work at all I contacted the owner of the home and told them what was going on they didn’t do anything about it we had to take our kids and our selves to the closest gas station and use the bathroom they begged me even offered to pay me for me not to leave a review the house was dirty not a good smell the pool was very dirty the house shower knobs was falling off in the shower the second bathroom floor would be flooded out of no where I’m very very upset I spend 2100 on this house for 4 days and it was terrible please do not book for your family.

For My Group Of Seven The Place Was Very Comfortable! Host was very responsive throughout the whole stay ! Great location; the back yard was amazing! Only thing the pool need vacuuming and the heating of the pool felt as if it wasn’t working but we Still enjoyed the pool in the day time !

Very nice and easy to work with

This place has great potential, but a few basics need attention. We arrived late and found a cockroach in the cupboard when grabbing plates, which wasn’t the best start (we wiped our plates down every time after that). There were no reviews when we booked, and the additional $50/day heated pool fee wasn’t mentioned at that time. We paid when made aware ($150 total), but the pool didn’t heat due to a broken valve, and the water was green at first. Maintenance fixed it and added chlorine, and it was finally clear on our last day (booked for 4 nights). Since we rented mainly for the pool, this was disappointing. That said, the hosts were responsive and refunded one day of the pool fee, which we appreciated. We also had to purchase extra toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels. The coffee maker only makes two cups, and the pans were broken or too small for a family — better cookware would help. Clearer communication and basic supplies would really improve future stays.

This house was clean, and comfortable for our family of 6. The kids had fun in the backyard, but the pool needed vacuumed. Also the cooking amenities were limited (no baking sheet, very small bowls, no tongs, no mixing bowls, etc.)

The highlight of the house was the backyard. Even though we barely used it, it was really nicely done. The beds were comfortable, and they had all amenities we needed. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Absolutely wonderful location. Close to airport and only about 4 minutes from the casino.

Our flights were delayed so we got in very late. When we arrived the house was lit up inside and out. We felt safe and welcome walking in. Everything was great throughout our stay and check out was easy. Would definitely stay again.
