Heated Pool Villa 5mn to Aventura Golf & Games

Très bon séjour, très agréable avec tout les équipements à disposition rien à redire

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that is quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of rooms to accommodate our entire family, making it an excellent choice for larger groups. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

My stay was nice and comfortable and there was plenty of room for my group i traveled with weather we wanted to do something intimate or if we wanted to be off to ourselves. the choice was ours. i would definitely rent again if I'm in the area. communication with the host was great!

10/10 An unforgettable stay! The resort is stunning, with beautiful pools, direct beach access, luxury room and exceptional service!

Nice

It matches everything shown in the photos and meets all expectations. The price is excellent considering the amenities provided. There were plenty of clean towels, and the entire place—including every area—was spotless. The host responded very quickly with clear, direct answers and was always ready to address any questions I had. I would certainly stay here again, thanks to the efficiency of the entire team (host and cleaning staff). I will definitely recommend this place; my entire stay was incredible.

The property was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The hot tub water had not been treated or serviced after the previous guests, and the trash cans were already full. Two of the bedrooms did not have adequate air conditioning, making them uncomfortable to use. Despite these issues, the host failed to resolve them in a timely manner and later refused to provide the previously agreed refund for the inconvenience. As a result, we spent approximately three days of our vacation dealing with cleaning, maintenance, and communication issues instead of enjoying our stay. We believe the accommodations provided were significantly below the standards advertised and are requesting reimbursement for the inconvenience and loss of vacation time.

Located approximately 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and roughly the same distance from MIA, the property’s location was convenient for us. The local stores and supermarkets were just a 7-minute drive away. Ventur was excellent and efficient in providing service and communication. They promptly responded to any questions we had, which were minimal since everything was within easy reach. The property itself was beautiful! The instructions for accessing the property were easy to follow. Will visit again and highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area with easy access to everything we needed. It was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family, which made our trip even more enjoyable. While we experienced a few minor issues during our stay, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. They addressed our concerns quickly and made sure we were taken care of. We truly appreciated their excellent communication and willingness to help.

We had a fabulous trip with 9 of us, mostly aged early twenties and one 48. There was plenty of space and was really spread out. The game area was fun and the backyard pool area is wonderful. Too bad it wasn’t very sunny during our trip. There were only some dirty pool floats that we could find so we bought our own and left them there. We saw several lizards, iguanas, etc, all over the yard. The beds were comfy and anytime we needed anything they responded timely. There was shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom and there were a few seasonings in the kitchen.

Birthday weekend went great! We needed new sheets but no problem, host was very responsive & helpful about replacing them. My crew had a BLAST, beautiful back yard nice pool . we loved the grill ! book here , it’s so spacious for big groups

Nice home with a massive amount of rooms and beds. Nice outdoor space with a pool and grill. Home is dated in its decor and furnishings, but was fully functional. Fun pool table and foosball table. Great host - very responsive.

The picture at not what your getting they have been in enhance. Overall for the room and location not a bad place to stay but just not up to my standards. We couldn’t use the pool the 4 days we stayed. Place needs a little TLC and it could be a nice place to stay.

Everything was perfect !🤩

This home was an amazing experience. The backyard was definitely a highlight beautifully set up with plenty of activities and a great pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The host was exceptional as well. No matter what time we reached out, they responded quickly and were always helpful. Overall, everything about the stay was well put together, and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

This was a great property for a large group, we had 14 people (6 couples, 2 single people) pool was great! Kitchen was big and had everything you need to cook like pots pans, bowls cups plates pitchers coffee maker. Neighborhood was nice and quiet! It worked really well for us! We had about 5 cars that fit in the drive way for us with no issues. There was the pool guy that came unexpectedly without notice that caught us off guard but he was in and out quickly. We went to Brickell and Miami Beach a few times it is about a 35-45min drive depending on traffic, but if you don’t mind the drive this is a nice place for a big group wanting to do a Miami trip.

I would give this Airbnb zero stars if I could. We stayed here with 16 friends, and two of the three bathrooms were completely unusable for two full days. One bathroom, by the entry, was the only one we could use. Meanwhile, the back bathroom and the master bedroom bathroom were both out of order completely. The master one flooded with raw sewage water every time we flushed. The host promised repairs, but it took two days for them to send plumbers to do so. Not to mention, no accessible cleaning supplies to clean the floors or showers. Saw cockroaches twice in the home. There was also a neighborhood power outage; not the host’s fault but we still lost hundreds of dollars in food. To top it off, the host only offered us a refund if we agreed not to leave a review, which violates Airbnb’s guidelines. We contacted Airbnb support, and they gave us the refund, no thanks to the host. This stay was completely unacceptable, and I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone

great time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we needed and the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The place is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is large and clean with fairly adequate items. The exterior was just okay, but the hostess responded satisfactorily to any requests we made. As there were two ensuite bathrooms, at times it felt like one. The big plus is a pool table is available and there’s adequate space to play indoor and outdoor games. The dining table is also huge. I would definitely gladly choose to use it again.

Our stay in Miami was very relaxing and this house made it very easy. We had a very large group and the bed arrangements made it very easy to accommodate our group. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub and we really enjoyed the outside area most. During our stay we had some minor issues that the host took care of and even followed up after our stay to make sure we were happy. We appreciate the extra step and recommend this host to all.
