Hollywood Hills Oasis Pool 7BR Retreat

It was a good stay . I didn’t like that they didn’t have wash cloths .

Angels place was great. Very spacious. Very clean. A few minor things needed attention and it would be great if he can add some kitchen towels as the kitchen is stunning and beautiful to cook in. We did message Angel and they brought some towels but they weren’t kitchen towels. Other than that everything was great. The pool was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Angel’s place was amazing. Great location and easy to find. Angel was an absolute pleasure to have as a host. Any concern we had was met with a quick and swift resolution. 4.5 out 5 stars Only issue I had and I expressed this to angel as well is that whoever is maintaining the property for him is not paying attention to wear and tear. I’m sure large parties book all the time and there is a lot of use on the amenities. The property management team just needs to pay attention to the fine details.. I would most definitely book again if I’m in the South Florida area

Size Nothing worked-the TVs did not work. Only 2 were replaced after we’d been there 3 days, the electricity went out one night, our food in fridge went bad, tried to wash clothes and house flooded. The pool was DIRTY when we arrived and did not get cleaned until 3 days later. Outside patio chairs were dirty. Mosquitos took over and there was not sufficient lighting in pool area because lights did not work. It appears a lot of extension cords were used. Sink in one bathroom only had a very small trickle of water, not sufficient to brush teeth or wash hands. The whole house wreaked of pee (urine) smell. Property mgmt would not call us back nor willing to even give us half $ back, after saying they possibly would if we did not leave a review. The sheets did not fit beds properly; kept popping off due to improper fit. This was supposed to be a new listing, but clearly everything was used and dirty (broken, ripped stools, furniture dirty), nothing like the pictures which obviously had been enhanced. There was insufficient toilet paper for bathrooms, no trash bags for trash. Outside trash was over flowing when we arrived so there was nowhere to place our trash. There were insufficient towels and NO washcloths.

Great service an got every concern I had on check in taking care of right away an very fast response

Angels place was great we had 2 Airbnbs cancel on us the last min.
