Lakefront Miami Villa w/ Heated Pool, Near Beach

My review: overall a great house & great location. The host was amazing and one of the best host to have. I would say , some improvements : The shared bathroom shower liner was dirty and the hooks should be replaced. The pool was nice The pool chairs were missing the umbrellas that are pictured and would have been nice for some shade . But overall I love the vibes . The house is perfect for cookouts

The property is pretty from the outside. Check-in was a mess — wrong door code and we had to send a video proving it didn’t work. Inside there were several problems: broken bathroom door, no AC in the garage bedroom so it was unbearably hot, ants in the kitchen and roaches in the dishwasher , countertops even got into our luggage, mold on the shower curtain, only 1 extra TP roll for 2 baths, and TVs/remotes not working. There was dirt/buildup on the floorboards. Yard work and pool cleaning also happened during our stay and left debris in the pool. The host responded, but the home needs serious cleaning and repairs before I’d stay again.

My stay at david’s Airbnb went great. David was very helpful and answered messages quickly . The home was clean and matched description. I recommend for anyone that’s looking to stay in a private area but still close to downtown.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. The host had everything nicely set up, and the place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There were a few issues during our stay. The door lock code listed on the page was incorrect, and even after we received the correct code, the door still would not unlock. We had to enter through the window, which was inconvenient. The shower also flooded, and water would come into the room. Additionally, the AC in the room with the washer and dryer was not working, there was very little toilet paper available, and no laundry detergent was provided. Other than these issues, the stay was really good, and we enjoyed our time there. With a few improvements, this could be an even better place to stay.

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of five. The place was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It looked exactly like the pictures honestly, even better in person. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

the house was great the rooms was nice and clean but we noticed some areas in the house was not cleaned properly other then that it was great place to stay 8.5/10

David was a great host! It was my daughter‘s birthday weekend. He also had a birthday cake with balloons waiting, which was so nice. We wasn’t expecting that. I would definitely rent a unit from David again.

My stay was great me and my family enjoyed our days there , it’s a lovely home with beautiful surroundings ❤️❤️I loved all the side activities that was on the property as well❤️

We all enjoyed our stay because of how beautiful the house is as well as how fast David was able to respond to us. However we had some complaints with multiple tvs not working, Toilet paper holders falling off the walls and the dishwasher wouldn’t start. Other than that this truly was a nice house and we were glad to be able to stay here.

READ! I strongly advise against booking this property without first requesting and reviewing current, actual photos of the unit. The host was largely unresponsive, and the listing photos did not accurately reflect the condition of the property upon arrival. Aside from the bedrooms, the images appear to be misleading and potentially AI-generated. Upon arrival, I found that several aspects of the unit did not match the listing description. When I raised these concerns, I was informed that changes had been made two months prior; however, the listing photos had not been updated to reflect those changes. This lack of transparency was very disappointing. Additionally, some amenities were not in working condition, including the dishwasher, and there were visible stains and signs of wear on much of the furniture. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I feel misled given the significant cost of the stay. I would not recommend this property unless accurate, up-to-date photos are provide

From paying for the property to check in to leaving everything was perfect I couldn’t have asked for anything more our host was amazing and we will be coming back!

David’s home was a great fit for our large family of 13 (we brought/rented an air mattress to make it work comfortably). The location is excellent in a gated community, and it’s only about 10 minutes from Hallandale Beach. We really appreciated having a beach towel for each person, plus 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which made things much easier for a big group. David was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which we really valued. A few things to note: the floors could have been cleaner, there were no basic condiments in the kitchen, the patio doors were very difficult to open, and a couple of the bedrooms ran quite hot. For a short 2-night stay, though, it met our needs and we enjoyed our time there.

My stay was awesome…David was helpful and very informative ahead of check in. Home was cute and cozy exactly as describe. The best thing for me was all of the towels and wash cloth in the home.

Muy bien las fotos , la realidad un asco , salen cucarachas de los baños , del lavavajillas , la heladera sucia , en los baños entre la pared y el mueble basura de pasajeros pasados , el techo lleno de pelusas del aire acondicionado , puertas y ventanas se veían inseguras . M y M tirados en el piso del estar , la mesa ratona del estar redonda pegoteada , la pileta tenía bolsas y papel en el fondo . Una habitación tenía adentro la caldera y el lavaropas y secaroopas , imposible dormir . El interior de los placares sin estantes y las teclas de luz no andaban unas , otras si , no había enchufes en las mesas de luz . La mesa del comedor también está pegoteada y se mueve como que se va a caer , las sillas había una desencajada que si no nos dábamos cuenta y te sentabas te caías .Hay un enchufe al borde de la piscina q pierde agua . La verdad q necesita una limpieza profunda , lo peor de mi estadía fue llegar y ver todo tan sucio .

We had an amazing stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for a friends’ trip! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The home was very spacious, making it perfect for our group—everyone had plenty of room to relax, hang out, and still enjoy their own space.The pool and outdoor area were a huge highlight and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. It was perfect for relaxing during the day and spending quality time together in the evenings. Inside the house, there was so much to do, and the layout made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and entertained.The location was fantastic, with plenty of things to do nearby, including great food and activities, which made everything super convenient.On top of all of that, the host was incredibly kind, communicative, and easy to reach. They were always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had—you can truly tell that the host cares about their guests and their experience.We honestly don’t have any complaints at all. This place checked all the boxes, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, fun, and well-located home, especially for a group trip with friends!
