Lux Miami Villa Heated Pool 10 min to Beach

We had a great time. The space was big enough for my guest and we have definitely agreed we will use the home again in the future.

Al entrar a la casa lo primero que notamos fue el piso alrededor de la mesa de billar estaba roto, habia mucho calor en la casa(84°) y uno de los cuartos es un garage con un mini-split que no funcionaba, la piscina estaba sucia y en los baños no habia jabon,ni champu,nos dejaron lo que los clientes anteriores habian dejado en los baños,le escribimos de inmediato al host y nos mando a reiniciar el termostato, mientras tuvimos que usar ventiladores que tenian en uno de los closets, que estaban sucios, de 4 funcionaban 2 y mal, el host nos envio 2 nuevos en la noche(no era la 1ra vez que pasaba,ya tenian ventiladores en la casa). La piscina sucia que no la pudimos apenas usar porque fueron 2 piscineros en 2 dias diferentes para arreglar el problema y nada, sin mencionar que encontramos cucarachas en la cocina.Fue insoportable dormir con calor y ventiladores esperando para que arreglaran el problema y no sucedio,teniamos niños pequeños y fue una experiencia estresante y frustrante a la vez

This house/property was beautiful, spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of space and it had all the comforts and privacy you'd expect from a home. We loved the pool, the vibe outside is perfection. We made smores outside and played ping pong! We equally enjoyed the arcade, popcorn machine and pool table inside. It is a very aesthetically pleasing home that was perfect to come home to after a long day spent sightseeing or at the beach. Very relaxing. We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the super responsive host (David) when we had a few questions. We needed a few supplies and they were delivered very quickly! We highly recommend this place!

My stay with a family of 9 this home was the perfect match, close enough to shopping center for groceries and fast foods. The backyard and pool was the highlight of our stay looks just like the pictures. Having the three full bathrooms was great everyone was able to shower without having to rush and to add that we had more than enough bath towels and pool towels. Washer and dryer Helped keep all our clothes and the towels clean for our 4days stay whenever we needed them. I would recommend this home 100% And to add the host David amazing, responded right away and handled whatever it was I needed.

The house has significantly more wear and tear than the photos show, including broken tiles and cabinet doors coming off the cabinets. There were dirty coffee mugs in the sink. Worst of all, the air conditioning didn't work. Set at 69, it registered at 83 degrees during summer heat. Host never came to look and only sent ideas of how to reset, none of which worked. The bedrooms were stifling and we ended up sleeping in a hotel, only coming back to use the pool. After we checked out, they offered a credit for part of the fee, which I accepted, but the credit never came and the host is no longer responding to me.

My stay was amazing. The host was very friendly, helpful and quick with responses. The house is advertised, beautiful. When back in south florida I will definitely look toward staying at this property. 10/10

Great location, and David was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing stay, unresponsive host. Would not recommend. Group of 6, 3 bathrooms — only ONE hand soap and body wash in the entire home. No dish soap, no kitchen towels, no basics. We bought everything ourselves. Bed linens were stained, including cigarette butt hole marks on the comforter. Couch was visibly stained too. Photos taken. We were all extremely itchy! 3 of 4 bedrooms were unbearably hot. Thermostats never reached the set temperature no matter what we tried. Flagged multiple times — host said someone would follow up. No one did. Major safety issue: the main door would not lock properly from the outside. We tried every way. Raised it with the host. Again, no response. The worst part wasn’t any single problem — it was being completely ignored. We were patient and respectful. Messages about safety, cleanliness, and broken AC went unanswered, as did a fair request for a half the refund, since we mostly had to stay out due to the inconveniences inside the house!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I want future guests to know what to expect. There were extra fees not clearly mentioned upfront, including $75 for a 2-hour early check-in and $50 per day to heat the pool. The biggest issue was the AC — the house stayed around 85° inside almost the entire trip, which was very uncomfortable, especially with a family. The host did respond and send people out, but it was not fully fixed during our stay. Also, most of the house does not have working lights and relies mainly on lamps. Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable Airbnb stays I’ve had. Very ridiculous and they act as if they respond very quickly just to feed you some BS. I paid $1900 for four days and felt like I slept in a prison and what’s up with the no lights who’s literally using lamps throughout the day and night the worst experience please book something else if you can.

David hosted my friends and I this past weekend! He was very very friendly. This started from our previous conversations all the way until the very end of the reservation. Consummate professional! He was very responsive when we ran out of towels and had his team deliver us new face towels within the hour. The pool was our favorite part, it’s very private homey and more spacious than the pictures! We’d stay with David anytime!

The place was really spacious and great for a big group

The stay was great, however location not so great. Located on a heavily trafficked main road. Even though drives to Fort Lauderdale & south beach say 20-25 mins it is all traffic dependent. Through my stay we went to south beach thinking it was close but each uber ride was an hour long each way

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and the amenities were gorgeous. We especially loved the pool and hammock. The host was nice and worked on accommodating our early check in request, it was much appreciated. We will definitely be back!!!

Really enjoyed the time, The host was responsive and accommodating. The place looked just like the pictures. Great spreadout rooms. Good for groups, open space and great backyard for fun with a clean pool. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!

We had a nice stay overall. The house itself is very cozy and has a great layout. The backyard is definitely the highlight — the pool area is beautiful and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend the entire day relaxing outside. It has a great vibe and a lot of potential. However, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. There were noticeable stains and quite a bit of dust throughout the house. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, the carpet around the pool table was extremely dirty, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been. It honestly felt like the cleaning was done very quickly without much attention to detail. With better and more thorough cleaning, this place would be amazing. The property itself is great — it just needs more care when it comes to maintenance and cleanliness.

David’s place was so nice i want to stay here everytime i come to miami which will be a lot because we are expanding our company there!!!

David was super responsive and really nice. Was a little disappointed when we got there as the house is in need of some updating/maintenance. Tiles were chipped and my 2 year old son cut his toe. One of the bedrooms is a garage and not very comfortable feeling. Some wood was rotten outside by the pool. When I spoke with him in the phone after he said his crew would get working on the issues.

Absolutely Perfect Stay for Three Families! Highly Recommend! Our group of three families just completed a wonderful five-day stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house itself was great—spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided plenty of room for all of us. The highlight for the kids (and adults!) was definitely the excellent pool, which we enjoyed every day. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. The host and their staff were nothing short of excellent. The host was incredibly accommodative and really responsive to all our requests, making us feel completely taken care of from check-in to check-out. The location was another huge plus. We loved that it was very close to many famous places and major attractions, making sightseeing easy. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe and welcoming. We highly recommend this property to any large group or family looking for a memorable and hassle-free vacation.
