I liked that the outdoor area had plenty of activities—there was a pool, mini golf, chess, Connect Four, and an 8-ball setup, which made it fun and entertaining the whole time. I didn’t have any complaints—everything about the property met my expectations.

I booked this place because of the original size of our group, but as our trip neared, many of the group members were unable to attend. This was a central location for our plans. The home was clean and had a lot for our small group to do while we were at home. Perfect for a family trip or a good girls trip! Great host.

The house was very nice, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The only downside was that the garden was a bit neglected and did not look like it did in the pictures.

Amazing space, pool area was great!

Pool was dirty upon arrival. Was told it would be cleaned. No one ever came to plan it. They eventually dropped off a net and we were told to clean it ourselves. AC did not work. I was told someone would be out to check on this. No one came out at all. Location is not the best neighborhood. Airbnb was clean for the most part. Would have been a good stay if everything worked as described.

Disappointing. After renting on AirBnB I was required to register on a different portal including my photo id. Every listing photo of the pool displays an adjacent hot tub. Listing had additional fees to heat POOL but nothing about the hot tub. When I asked, Ventur said the hot tub was not included in the written list of amenities therefore I didn’t have access to the hot tub . Meanwhile a nice pool repair man stopped by and told me that he’d been waiting on the replacement part and the heater was broken. For a kitchen this size I expected a dishwasher. Washing dishes on vacation, not fun. The bathroom shower door was broken and slid open if not held shut while showering. There were signs of poor repairs all over. Tile patched with filler. Swollen cabinet doors. The house was directly on a VERY loud and busy road. There was a legal posting indicating local county registration was expired. Mostly tho I didn’t like the ridiculous argument that the (broken) hot tub “wasn’t included”.

A nice place to stay!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to several issues.Upon arrival, the home was not properly cleaned. There was garbage left on the kitchen counter, dirty dishes in the sink, and other cleaning tasks that had clearly not been completed. After I messaged the host, they did respond quickly and sent a cleaning crew, who eventually cleaned the property.We also found that several bathrooms did not have sufficient toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo), and I had to request these separately.The most frustrating issue was with the pool. The listing advertised a heated pool, but we were informed that heating required an additional fee. We agreed on a price, and I sent payment via Zelle. However, when we tried to use the pool, it was cold and remained cold for the duration of our stay. I was told it would heat up and that someone would be sent to check it, but no one came until the final day of our four-day stay. At that point, they confirmed that something was not working.I requested a refund for the pool heating fee, as well as some compensation for the other issues we experienced, but as of now, no refund or reimbursement has been provided.Overall, while communication was responsive at times, the condition of the property upon arrival and the unresolved pool issue significantly impacted our stay.

Had the best time at Venturs listing. Home is pristine clean and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable too! The home is right off i95 which made it easier to travel to different parts of the city and beaches. We were a group of 7 girls there for Art Basel and had an absolute joy at this incredible home. The backyard swings, pools and games were a great plus!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ventur's place! The apartment was beautiful, Clean and exactly as described. . Check in and check out instruction are well described step by step to get in there. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative.

Amazing!

Great place! Central to all of Miami’s local culture. Was able to enjoy a nice Airbnb with great amenities. About 23 minutes from Miami airport and even closer to FFL, My only note is because it’s an Airbnb it has many small maintenance issues. Crack in the stove, hole behind the main bathroom door, etc. Which didn’t affect our stay, because the home was beautiful as pictured. Just details I noticed. Would definitely book again with the host. Very friendly and replies quickly, we had a great time.
