0/10. Do NOT book with this host. I originally booked one property, then they contacted me saying it wasn’t available because it had a roach infestation. They moved me to another property, and somehow it was just as bad—more roaches, a dirty pool, and an overall filthy property. I reached out asking for accommodations and was completely ignored. I had to contact Booking.com three separate times, and even they couldn’t get the host to respond. Then someone finally called me, apologized, and promised me a full refund if I agreed to certain terms. That refund never happened. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can go wrong. What I don’t understand is lying to customers, ignoring them, and making promises you never intended to keep. I’ll be posting photos of both properties so people can see exactly what they’re paying for. Save yourself the headache, save your money, and book literally anywhere else. 0/10. I was very happy with my stay . I like the response when there was a problem with the faucet in the bathroom someone was sent out to fix it. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling as well. Someone was sent out soon after I made a complaint. I appreciate the quick service.. I appreciate the response . We didn’t live too far away when we initially arrived there we noticed that there were no towels. We were having a tent placed over our home that had not been done yet so I was able to retrieve towels from my house. However, when we ride back to the rental property, a new bag of towels from target had been left at the door. Good work team .

Great property and price, fairly close to anything you would want to do in the city's if you are driving. And plenty of utility to use while your there. Even down to having some laundry detergent for washing if needed. Well thought out planning and prep, would absolutly stay again

for what i paid for this home i should've had no problem should've been a great stay but it's wasn't. we had to wait 7 hr without hot water after we arrived after contact host they sent someone to fix it but the hot water still wasn't very hot jus warm and the house had roaches also and its stuff need attention in this home in the future me and my guest wasn't pleased of the stay. the air is cool in the day but hot at night in the room. we didn't enjoy the stay here wish we could've got another place to stay but we was already there and travel far but we did enjoy miami. will not book this place again in the future

alot of issues. if they fix the issues like the pool not working. Pest control and the ac gets replacedand possibly upgraded to a larger system this would of been a great stay. Just needs ti be maintained better.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place was AWFUL! SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT STAY HERE! Let’s start with things they can’t necessarily change: the house itself- the master bedroom has the only doors that lead to the backyard, they have curtains for a bathroom door, the backyard has a 2.5ft to 3ft walking area between the pool and the side of the house where the door is. So if you have a toddler or someone not great on their feet, it’s very dangerous. The AC in the back right guest room doesn’t work. Now the DISGUSTING part. Cockroaches. Or palmetto bugs, whatever you want to call the massive crawling bugs. We killed 8- 8 in a 3 day stay. They were under the bed in the first guest room, in the bathtub, in the toilet, in the coffee machine, in the hallway, and in the kitchen. We were supposed to get some type of refund back for this issue, but they stopped responding. They also advise that if they pay you a refund, you can’t leave a review. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I want to be transparent so future guests can make an informed decision. During our stay, we encountered multiple large cockroaches throughout the home. On the first day, we saw one and didn’t think much of it. However, by day two we saw three, and by day three a total of five. They were found in the kitchen cabinet when I opened it, in our bedroom, inside my friend’s shoe, and even crawling in my open suitcase on the floor. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable. By the end of the trip, we felt uneasy, had trouble sleeping, and ended up packing up and staying on the living room couch. This is not a minor issue and needs to be properly addressed. The property should be professionally exterminated before hosting future guests.

Beautiful back yard pool and fire pit and a cozy interior

Angel hosted me and my group for 5 days, and it was amazing. It was very clean when we walked in, the backyard had many activities for us, it had a shaded area to keep us cool, the kitchen was very clean and had a lot of space. It was very close to lots of restaurants and stores as well, I would definitely be booking in the future, and I would highly consider staying here if you are going to south Flordia!!

Communication with the host was great, always responded promptly. We even made a late night request for ping pong balls and the host made it happen and had them delivered! The check in process was seamless and house was clean and set up well upon arrival. We spent 6 days there and developed a bit of feedback each day that passed. The pool was clean and backyard area was a cool spot to hang out, although some cleanup landscaping is def needed. There’s weeds growing through the astroturf on the whole mini golf course and giant chess set. The fire pit and tiki hut was awesome and we found ourselves out there every night relaxing. The kitchen was bright and open, but lacked a lot of necessary cooking equipment (frypan, measuring cup, mixing bowl, decent spatula) . We like to be able to cook breakfast every morning and were left searching for things to actually cook. TVs in all the bedrooms was a bonus, and all the beds were comfortable, although the “MBR” felt detached from the house and more like a lanai with no doors but curtains for the entry and bathroom. There was also no closet or dressers leaving us living out of luggage on the floor. The addition of a couple dressers in that room would really make it feel more like a bedroom. Overall experience was excellent. The host was very gracious and it’s a nice bright house, great layout, lots of activities and a great private back yard. Great house with a little bit of room for improvement to make it perfect!

I Truly Had A Wonderful Experience. The Amenities Were Nice And I Really Enjoyed The Area. The Commute Wasn’t Bad And The Neighbors Were. Will Be Booking With Them Again.

The location near Hard Rock Stadium was convenient, but the home itself had numerous issues. We found roaches, stained bedding and towels, and the pool was not clean when we arrived. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the bathrooms had multiple problems (no door on the master, low water pressure in the guest bath), cheap furniture throughout, no bedroom fans, batteries in remotes need to be changed, and there were no smoke detectors or accessible fire extinguisher. Communication was inconsistent, with different people giving different answers. We also had to leave the Miami Open early so a pool maintenance person could enter the house, which made us uncomfortable. Overall, we significantly overpaid and would not stay here again.

Overall was a good air bnb to stay with a group for a few days. Definitely expensive, but splitting it with multiple people is affordable. Pool is gorgeous and seemed clean but it was too cold to swim. Only thing to know is that the keypad is a bit cheap and the jacuzzi bathtub needed cleaned, but I let the host know and assured me they’d take care of it! Good location, not too busy, overall quiet. Tons of amenities, didn’t see a hairdryer though.

The property was okay. I had booked this place for about a week for my birthday and the only great thing about it was the backyard. Upon arrival, we quickly noticed cockroaches . It was super uncomfortable especially it being our first night. Days to come they started coming out of no where during our whole stay. The master bedroom didn’t have a comforter and being all girls no toiletries were stocked such as paper towels or toilet paper. Weeks before my stay, I had asked the host if the basics were going to be stocked, it wasn’t. I had to text the host every day making it inconvenient for me. The place itself wasn’t as clean as I expected for how much I had paid.

The home was beautiful and Angel was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

The property is fine, however, it lacks maintenance. The toilet is not secured to the floor, one bathroom didn’t have a door, there was no toilet paper, and no trash bags.

My friends and I had a great stay.

The house itself was nice & clean but I do not think you really get what you pay for here. There was not a single roll of toilet paper or paper towels, the hand soap in the bathrooms was literal water not soap, the propane tank for the fire pit was empty when we got there & the pool was VERY dirty. I let them know about these issues & they did send someone to fix the pool pump & replace the propane tank, which we appreciated. However, for the price, I’d expect some decent necessities to live for a few days like any other Airbnb would have.

The house was amazing, I will definitely book it again in the near future.

Angel was a great host! She was very responsive, regardless of when we needed assistance. The location was great, and the backyard was incredible. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Angels place was great. it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The backyard was amazing! There were some obvious wear and tear in the house but NOTHING that made our stay uncomfortable. The washer and dryer had issues but that was communicated to Angel. however we made do. My only suggestions from a cooks perspective is to get more pots and pans, hand towels, a cutting board, a strainer, and put holders. But the kitchen was well stocked with everything else. This was one of the best Airbnbs I have been to. We will definitely come back!

My stay at Angel’s place was amazing the house was beautiful we loved the backyard it was everything and more it was a very comfortable stay from inside and out and me and my friends loved the home thank you so much much .
