I brought my kids and their friends on a week trip too Miami and I can say the stay was well worth my money and time. House beautiful and peaceful area. The pool was everything and more. . Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything we needed was provided, and the home was well maintained throughout. The host was excellent with communication, always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had any questions. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward and hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for being such a great host – we would definitely stay here again!

It was a very large house with enough room for 10 of us after a long road trip to Miami. Loved the converted garage that had 2 bunk beds that accommodated 4 young men comfortably. The bathrooms were nice and large. Rooms were comfy. A couple of the rooms didn’t get much air conditioning so we were thankful for the additional fans. Kitchen was clean, large - could have benefited from more cups, mugs, utensils. There were a few areas of wear and tear already in kitchen specifically, with area of the floor worn down and a broken cabinet. The separate off air bnb check in process was also a bit odd, having to send my info with license was a little off putting but we were so tired and it was getting late so we just did it. For a north beach area house, this was great for a big group. Other than that for anyone interested

I've been to several Airbnb's and this one was just okay, this place could use a deep cleaning to get rid of bugs, hair, and mold found on property.

Great host. Answered quickly. Made our stay comfortable. Great for a big group, very spacious. 30-35 minute ride to south beach, w/o traffic. Will book again. Thanks

Room with bunk beds bathroom didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Every time you flush, it came up through the shower. No tv because the remotes didn’t work. Couldn’t use the pool until the day before left because it was dirty. Freezer was broke. Kitchen floor was broken

I paid for early check in. Whoever was messaging me, provided me with an incorrect email address to send the early check in fee of $112. So I sent over the $112 & they ended up telling me that they typed the email address incorrectly. I couldn’t get the money back. But instead of just waiving the fee because of their mistake, they instructed me to send the $112 again to the correct email. As a business owner, that fee should have been waived bc of their mistake & I was only checking in 2 hours early. There was a lizard in the house that we saw upon check in. We notified them & they never came to get it. The remote for the main living room TV doesn’t work. The couch is broken in the middle. The pool table floor is uneven. Cannot play pool properly. There is a big hole in the kitchen floor covered by a rug. There is a for sale sign in the yard. One of the showers don’t work correctly & they provide enough toilet paper for 1 guest. We had 6 guest and ran out of toilet paper the first day

This stay was uninhabitable. During the stay we experienced lack of heat, plumbing failures causing backed-up sewage in showers, a leaking toilet, inability to use two bathrooms, pest infestation requiring us to throw away food, broken appliances, missing basic supplies, and unsafe conditions. The host acknowledged these issues repeatedly and repairs were not completed during the stay. Portable heaters and plumbing repairs were promised but not delivered in time. This materially disrupted our stay.

I would definitely not recommend. This home had multiple serious issues during our stay, including a broken thermostat and water heater, meaning only cold showers. The septic system backed up, causing the toilet and shower in the garage bedroom, meant for 4 kids, to overflow. A very dirty rug hid a dip in the kitchen floor. The dishwasher leaks and both the microwave and dishwasher turn on and off intermittently. The shower handle in one bathroom broke off. The TV remotes didn’t work. The couch is broken in the middle. There is a large trash pile right outside the property. Basic supplies like towels, utensils, and even toilet paper were insufficient for the number of guests advertised. We'd booked for 7 nights, but had to leave after 3 and book another place. Despite the many five‑star reviews, this home, though it looks okay when you enter, needs significant repairs and amenities.

Spacious and clean home pool was great for relaxing on warm afternoons. The surrounding patio area was perfect for entertaining friends and family, creating a wonderful atmosphere for gatherings.

I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately it is not like the pictures. From the time we pulled up I was extremely disappointed. The outside appearance is in terrible condition and there is a for sale sign outside the door which I thought was strange but as soon as I walked in I understood why. The place was worn down. Rugs were filthy, walls were dirty, couch was broken. There were so many problems. The house needs maintenance inside and out. I let Airbnb and the host know and was told that someone would come and clean and no one ever did. The whole experience was unsettling. The house is alot smaller than it seemed. The host responds slow as well. I will say the host tried to be accommodating at the end by letting us check out late. Overall this place was not what I thought I was getting and nearly ruined my trip. At the current state it is in I cannot recommend it. Also, just fyi, the good reviews you see on here is because they bribe guest with a raffle for a good review.

We had a wonderful weekend at Shaindy’s place! The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was pristine and heated as requested. We will definitely be back!

House was great for the large crew that we had. Only thing I need to knock is the water at times took awhile to get hot / would transition to cold in the middle of the shower. Otherwise the place suited our needs!

I do not recommend this property. From the moment we arrived, the conditions were unacceptable- house is for sale which likely adds to the condition of the home. The floors, baseboards, walls, and doors were visibly dirty. There was a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes throughout the space. Two of the three bathrooms had no hot water at all, and the one that did constantly switched between scalding and freezing. The TV in the living area didn’t work, and overall the home was poorly maintained. We immediately contacted the property management team and communicated all of the issues, but they were unable to resolve anything during our stay. Because the conditions were so bad, we decided to leave early. We provided photos and videos and are now handling the refund through Airbnb/Amex. This was unfortunately one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had.
