Ángel was always helpful and responsive, the house was very clean and comfortable, the backyard is very fun we had a blast!!

Our overall experience was a wonderful one. We did run into a few issues with some house maintenance that needs addressed but we still enjoyed the experience greatly.

This was a great house for a group. Rooms were spacious. The back yard with pool, lounging, and the lake is such a great atmosphere. Would definitely take a group back there.

Great place! Went there on our annual “guys trip” with 7 total dudes. Awesome space to watch the World Cup and hang. Slept us all comfortably; really enjoyed the space.

Beautiful home!! Definitely will consider looking for this house when I’m in Miami again! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. Very responsive and helpful when asked questions. Definitely don’t mind staying in with the variety of activities provided in home and the comfort of all provided. Shopping center right around the corner was very convenient!

⭐ 1 Star – Would Not Recommend This was a very disappointing stay from start to finish. Shortly after arriving, we experienced a roof leak that caused water to pour into the kitchen. The condition of the roof looks extremely outdated, and this clearly wasn’t a new issue. We also found multiple large cockroaches in the unit, including several dead ones, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Communication with the host was very poor. Responses were extremely slow, and despite the severity of the issues, no refund or even a partial discount was offered. We ultimately had to involve Airbnb directly, but no meaningful resolution was provided. Additionally, the property does not match the listing photos. The images make the space appear much nicer than it actually is, which feels misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would not stay here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The house needs major TLC. The roof leaks during heavy rain- we had to place a bowl in the kitchen to catch water. Electrical boxes near the pool pump are uncovered, posing a safety risk. There was a pile of trash in the backyard, and the AC unit in the second bedroom closet is extremely loud. Cooling is inconsistent throughout the house. The front bedroom had no blinds. The stove only worked on high or off, and the dishwasher was broken (dirty dishes, damaged rack). The front shower leaks onto the floor. Bunk beds had sand/dirt in the sheets, and the couch is stained. Positives: Angel was very responsive, quickly providing missing towels, a toilet paper holder, and a trash can. Maintenance was sent promptly for a TV bracket and light switch. The home is spacious for groups, has a nice covered outdoor area, includes kayaks, and is close to local attractions.

I truly loved my stay at Angel’s Airbnb. From the moment I booked, communication was clear and welcoming, and check-in was simple and stress free. The space was spotless, beautifully set up, and exactly like the photos. It felt cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. The location was convenient yet quiet, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The backyard is the show stopper. You can tell Angel genuinely cares about her guests and the experience she provides. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking if you’re considering it.

Depois que entrei na casa percebi que as fotos eram diferentes da casa. Parece q as fotos eram computadorizadas. A casa em si é ok, mas esperava mais. As camas dos quartos não são confortáveis e nenhum de nós conseguiu dormir bem. O sofá estava bem sujo, com restos de comidas. O lençol do quarto onde eu dormi parecia que não tinha sido trocado, pois estava bem amassado como se alguém tivesse dormido lá. A localização da casa é boa, mas fica mais longe do que eu imagina de Miami Beach. Quem for querer ir pra Miami Beach, não recomendo ficar na casa. Pegamos trânsito de mais de 1 hora. Gostamos muito da área externa, mas como pegamos dias frios não conseguimos aproveitar tanto.

We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas with a group of 10 including 4 kids.\n\nThe backyard and pool were beautiful and the highlight of our stay. The Christmas tree decorations were a nice touch, and the host was responsive and tried to address issues when contacted.\n\nHowever, the house was not well stocked for a large group or a longer stay. Amenities were very limited (minimal soaps, only one dishwasher and laundry pod, no dishwashing soap or scrubber), and we had to purchase several house supplies ourselves and rest we reported to the owner. \n\nThe kitchen lacked basic items like enough spoons, coffee mugs, and wine glasses. The outdoor fire pit did not work, the pool table was unusable due to uneven flooring, and all bathroom drains as well as the kitchen sink were clogged. The floors were also dirty on the day we checked in. Overall, the house needs significant maintenance and better provisioning for larger groups.

Really enjoyed the place and back yard. Hosts were very responsive too! Would definitely come back
