do not book! 14yo daughter was having nuerospine surgery. we sprung for an airbnb so she can recover comfortably. I filtered through amenities we wanted to entertain the brother since we wouldn't be exploring the area all that much. I filtered pool, hot tub, 2 bedrooms. this listing was one of the firsts. being it was last minute booking (while at airport) because of run around from health insurance about prior auths. i messaged the host explaining the real late check in (arrived at property at 1245 am first "night") and was quick to respond that it was no problem, it was inspected and ready. upon arrival place was filthy. Black curlies in tub, black hair on walls, layers of dirt and dust, sticky. they sent me directions on how to start jets in hot tub, then hours later hot tub not listed. (pool guy did mention it was before, now parts removed) then roaches appeared. theres an animal living in the roof from missing soffit, so much more and this is all airbnb will let me write.

The property was very beautiful and comfortable! Very clean! The backyard amenities are amazing! The host was very helpful and available. Our pup loved the house as well. We had a great time during our stay! Would definitely stay again!

I booked with this property solely based on location and the backyard amenities. It’s an easy drive to Nova Southeastern University (the nature of my trip) and I thoroughly enjoyed the outside lounge area and pool. Check-in was super easy, and the house is very simple and modern. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, bed linens for all of the bedrooms, and pool towels. I did end up running out of toilet paper, just because I had multiple guests over the course of a longer stay, but the hosts offered to reimburse for that which I thought was really unnecessary and sweet. The communication from the hosts was proactive, attentive, and responsive. They even called me shortly after I checked out to have a live conversation with me about my stay - I have stayed in many Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had someone personally call me which I thought was going above and beyond for customer service. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Ventur was a very responsive host and very helpful. When the BBQ grill ran out of gas, there was someone there within the hour to replace the propane tank.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay in Hollywood, Florida! The Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which made the stay even more convenient. The outdoor area was just as impressive—clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The pool was definitely a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

The backyard is fun, but that’s about the only positive. The house itself needs significant maintenance and updates, especially considering the cost of the stay. The location is disappointing—it's in a run-down neighborhood that doesn’t feel safe and is at least 30 minutes from the beaches or any lively areas. While the quiet hours are listed as 9 PM to 7 AM and we respected them, the neighbors next door were having parties and blasting music until 3 AM, making it impossible to rest. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

Nice little place and the price was great!

Nice spot. The pool is bigger in person than what the photos showed. The depth is about 6 feet on one side. The backyard is huge! Overall, a great place to stay.

The backyard outdoor space was great. Lots of seating, fenced for my dog and comfortable. Inside was nice and kitchen well appointed. Only 6 miles from Hard Rock Stadium. Kitchen table and seating could have been better but it worked.

I would have to say that the price i paid for two days was not worth it at all . The area was not what i was expecting for that price I guess i was paying for the pool which I didn't get in . The shades they had for the window in the living room was too small for the window like no privacy. They had two remotes to work with 4 different televisions. My son room had hair in the bed and the pillow cases were nasty. The shower also had hair in there and the drain did not work to let the water out. In the other room there was a hole in the wall and also my pillow cases were also nasty. The beds were very uncomfortable every time you move it sounded like it was going to break. We were told to take the trash to the bins on the side of the house. The trash bin was full and there was so much trash around the bin it was nasty. I have been to three AirBnbs before this one. I would have to say this was by far my least favorite would never book here again for the price i paid .not worth it
