Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The house had cleanliness and maintenance issues and was not as expected.

The pool and game room and the circle driveway Nothing everything was good and good location will rent again.

This place needs a lot of work. The flooring was unsafe as it’s uneven. The AC didn’t work so one bedroom was not used. There is mold and dust on fans. The bathrooms are small and mold in the showers.

I loved the place and will bring another group to this same location. Peaceful area and it wasn't far from anything that I wanted to do. Definitely will stay here again

Great stay overall! The home is in a nice area and was very clean and well kept. Any issues we had were handled quickly, which I really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful home in a nice looking neighborhood. However we had some trouble checking in and the house could use some maintenance.

The house is in a great location - 15 minutes from downtown and the beach area. Very clean house, lots of space, and a beautiful outdoor pool area in the back. Would highly recommend!

This was probably the worst experience of my entire life. Once we got there the toilets weren’t working well, we thought whatever. Day 3 the septic tank overflowed and there was literal poop in all of the showers. We had to leave because it was contaminated. The cleaners showed up the same day to prepare for next group once we cancelled. Disgusting!! The place had bricks holding the broken furniture together, the pictures were very catfishing. Gabrielle was very nice and the location was great, but what happened to my group made me personally want to die.

Overall it was a decent stay. There were a few holes in the walls and the shelving in the main bathroom was held up by tape. The patio furniture was rusted. The legs of the chairs were really bad and a few of the chairs were not safe to sit in. It could definitely use some maintenance. There were no washcloths , but plenty of dry towels. The “game room” was very disappointing. There was a foosball table and two arcade games one of which did not work. The home looked as though it hadn’t been swept ever, It was very dusty and we could tell that there had been a dog there at some point because there was dog hair everywhere. I probably wouldn’t book again but with some minor adjustments this place could be really great!

The location of this house is probably the best of any house I’ve stayed in the Fort Lauderdale or Miami area. It’s literally 15 minutes to everything. The beach, the hard rock Casino, shopping, restaurants. whatever you want… The house and the pool are very nice looking and the house is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Great, location but the house needs maintenance like repairs and cleaning. The game room was lock only had access to two on the game shown in the photo. House doesn't look like the photos at all.

She answered any question I had within minutes. When we needed cleaning supplies or toiletries she had them delivered within the hour. The house and hospitality were great!

This place is definitely NOT worth the price you pay. We had issues since the beginning - after traveling from CR in an annual trip, it took 30 min to be able to open the front door due to the keypad being stuck (this happened each time we came in). The place is totally run down, it looks old, no maintenance at all. There was a single pan which was scratched, one scratched pot, one glass of wine total - no bathroom rugs, no hand towels, no dishtowels, cutting boards, 1 hair dryer for 3 bathrooms, broken fan, electrical outlets without the plastic cover, no dishwashing liquid nor garbage disposal, hand soap was half filled with water. The dishwasher was broken - it took 2 days to have someone come (at 8pm), they had to change it. Since day 1 I asked Gabrielle for money back and leave, no answer. I am expecting a refund for this really not what I paid for. Constant back and forth with Gabrielle, she did send the missing items but ignored the refund request that I am still expecting

Globalement le logement était correct mais certains équipements étaient manquants ou cassés. Nous n'avons pas pu laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour aérer car elles étaient cassées. Il n'y avait pas assez de vaisselle pour manger et une seule casserole et poêle pour tous. Ces équipements étaient par ailleurs en mauvais état. Le lave vaisselle était casse et je n'ai pas eu de réponse de l'hôte lorsque j'ai signale le problème.
