I would say she was very responsive and got what we needed. But the house was not ready. The house was not clean the couch was dirty with food crumbs, no hot water in one of the showers, dog droppings along the fence and also found blood stain on bed sheet in one of the rooms. They did offer to have someone to come out and clean but respectfully refused. we didn’t want ppl in our face while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. Should have have had it done right before our check in. Also they did not have no paper towels or dish towels to do the dishes. Only one roll in each bathroom. The backyard was our favorite spent along of time in the pool. The area was okay very quiet neighborhood. For the price we paid the house could have been cleaner.

My family and I came here just for fun and they made the trip very easy. The location was great and the home was even better. If I go back to Florida I will definitely stay at one our their homes!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The balcony view was beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was easy, and the host was always quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Sunny Isles Beach.

We had a wonderful time at Gabrielle’s Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space with the large pool and games. Although we did not have a chance to use the grill, one was available. The bathroom to room ratio was perfect for the amount of guests we had. The couches in the living room were not very comfortable and did have a few noticeable stains on them. The bedroom that leads out to the backyard had a quite a few issues with bugs. Most were common bugs that you would find in a house, however coming back in one afternoon, there was a large cockroach like bug. We did kill it, but it was a concern. We did notice that one of the doors had a small opening at the top even with the door being completely shut. We let the host know and they said pest control would be by after we left. We did take the time to wash all of our belongings before checkout. The host was kind enough to offer a late afternoon checkout for a small fee.

The place was exactly as described in terms of the photos and the promised amenities. Furthermore, the host had a friendly demeanor; they responded to messages quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. However, the hygiene standards were below average. The barbecue was dirty, the bed linens were soiled, and the garden had not been cleaned. Finally, the television in the bedroom and the dishwasher in the kitchen were not working.

This space is very nice for a group that is looking to have separate spaces and enough room to spread out. The host is very responsive and the property was great for our vacation.

The listing photos do not match the current condition of the home, which is in need of significant maintenance. There were cracks a bedroom ceiling from water damage, dirty walls and bathrooms, roaches, and very dirty AC air filters. One bathroom sink was clogged (we unclogged ourselves). The kitchen counters had peeling paint, and broken tiles both inside and by the entryway.\n\nThe pool was dirty and the motor was broken, which made using it uncomfortable.\nThree of the four lounge chairs were broken and there were no umbrellas. The arcade machine didn’t work. The primary lock on the sliding door was broken and the secondary lock was not properly secured. There was also a large buildup of ice in the freezer that prevented it from closing fully, causing constant water leaks we had to wipe up to prevent slipping.\n\nOther minor issues included low-quality sheets, towels, no dish soap or sponge, and a noticeable cigarette smell when we arrived. Very uncomfortable stay.

The house was exactly like the pictures—beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The host was super nice and went above and beyond. They knew it was my birthday, and upon arrival there was a cake and balloons waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was great, and everything was comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely stay again.
