Resort-Style Miami Home, Pool, Sauna & Jaccuzi

Everything was beautiful. I went for my bachelorette trip and we had a time. The property was very beautiful. The host was very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Sin duda el peor Airbnb en el que me he quedado, demasiado costoso para la terrible experiencia que pasé ahi. Al salir por las puertas del patio una alarga tan ensordecedora que aturdía a mi bebé a mi perro, la solución que nos dieron fue que le quitara la batería. El patio y la piscina EXTREMADAMENTE SUCIOS, en la piscina había mucha suciedad ni siquiera se veía el fondo! También habían insectos en ella, cuando reclamé dijeron que enviarían a alguien de mantenimiento, mi estadía era de dos noches, enviaron al de mantenimiento la última noche así que en todo momento tuve sucia la piscina, la nevera no tenía hielo ni agua, el aire de uno de los cuartos no servía y salían chorros de agua de el, tanto que mojo los colchones y sábanas, los baños no tenían NI UN SOLO artículo de higiene personal, ninguna de las puertas del lugar servían, ninguna cerraba. La cocina no tenía extractor de olores tampoco servía el triturador de alimentos. Muy costoso para nada. Por favor, nunca te quedes aquí!

Overall the house was okay - there was plenty of space in terms of sleeping arrangements for our group. Plenty of towels and overall space. The house was clean and the pictures matched the description. The pool was a little cloudy when we first arrived and the host was pretty quick to respond. They were less responsive as the weekend went on and we had an issue with the hot tub and didn’t respond for several hours later. There was no pool sweep or net which essentially made it unusable after a storm happened. A lot of the doors were difficult to close and most did not have locks which would be fine except that 2 of those doors were to the commonly shared bathrooms. The host also did not provide any hand soap which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly the trash bins outside were already full making it difficult to put the trash we had out when we cleaned up.
