The Crosby Miami Worldcenter Downtown Miami

I was very excited to stay at the property based off of the pictures. When we got there I was shocked to realize not only was the unit not clean but also it was never disclosed that there was a live construction site while we stayed there. The sofa was stained and someone tried to cover it up with a blanket. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed and the windows were gross. The whole place was dusty and the balcony was covered in dried up cement from the live construction going on across the street. We tried to resolve the issue through the host and they ignored us but still continued texting us about other things. They offered their cleaners to come and fix it but the cleaners only fixed 2 issues. We had to text the host about giving us toilet paper because we only were given 2 rolls. We missed out on half our first day because we had to wait for the cleaners and we had to keep calling them. And the closet doors was detached and was left in closet just sitting there (safety concern).

Great spot for a little weekender in Miami. Easy access to and from airport and very good value for money. Would definitely book again.

Great stay

This is my second stay at Crosby, and I can confidently say it has become my go-to place whenever I travel to Miami for work. The location is perfect, the room is always spotless, and the building amenities are excellent. Everything is exactly as described, and the host consistently provides a smooth and hassle-free experience. After staying here twice, I don’t even look for other options anymore. This is now 100% my favorite place to stay in Miami for business trips, and I will definitely be back again.

It was a nice experience. They had great views, a really nice gym and a very walkable area. Although there were lots of homeless people around. The main detraction with the unit itself were the flying insects in the apartment (not sure if they were fruit flies).

Place was just like pictures! Very clean ! Would stay there again! Ventur was always available for any questions!

Good place to stay

Ventur was incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful for the entirety of our stay. We had a few issues checking into the building (not at the fault of Ventur), but they nonetheless went above and beyond to coordinate with the front desk to ensure we were properly checked in. Our arrival into the apartment unit was a warm welcome; it was clean, modern, thoughtfully complete with linens, soap, laundry materials, and even chocolates on the counter! We absolutely loved the straight-ahead view of the sunset from the apartment, and the adjacent building’s construction wasn’t too bothersome. We enjoyed the pool and gym upstairs. Ventur was also helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations around Miami. And when I had forgotten an item after checkout, they were promptly and empathetically helpful in ensuring the item got back to me. It’s honestly rare to find a team who is as responsive and genuine in their care for guests. I’m excited to stay with Ventur again in the future!
