Super super nice house and super super friendly host and hospitality

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Villa. It was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. We would definitely stay here again

The house was perfect for my family of 7. Everyone felt comfortable and right at home. The pool table was a hit. The pool was warm and just like the pictures represents. The location was perfect it was a short drive to Downtown Miami even with the traffic. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to be close to the city but also has the suburbs feeling.

BEWARE! Catfish! This property was not safe, clean, or family friendly as advertised. Upon arrival, we immediately encountered numerous issues. The patio door did not lock, creating a serious safety concern with children around the pool. The front door was also difficult to secure(took us 2 days to figure out) Several floor tiles were broken and sharp enough to cause injury, and damaged kitchen drawers were falling out and could have injured someone. Many of the amenities we specifically booked this property for were either broken or completely unusable. The projector did not work, the air hockey table was broken, and the jacuzzi tub did not function at all. The bathroom sink near the pool had no hot water. We also discovered that the ice machine was completely blocked and had to be fixed by us. The property was not properly maintained. There was garbage around the exterior of the home, handles were loose or falling off, and within 15 minutes of arriving I found myself cleaning the pool. There were no child-friendly dishes and even the Wi-Fi was not included as expected. Instead of relaxing we spent a significant amount of time trying to make the property clean, safe, and functional. The most frustrating part is that I booked this property specifically because of the advertised amenities, many of which were not working. I could have saved money booking a clean hotel in miami near everything and not needed a rental car. Management was no help. VRBO only offered a 200 refund

This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had, and it completely ruined my vacation.The property was not ready or as advertised at check-in. The pool was green and unusable the entire stay, the entertainment room AC did not work, and the projector was broken with no remote. Several kitchen drawers were also damaged.I contacted the host immediately and was told repairs would be made, but no one showed up. After following up again with no response, I escalated to Vrbo—only to find out the host falsely claimed everything had been fixed.Multiple pool technicians came out and confirmed the pool was unsafe and needed at least 48 hours to treat due to lack of chlorine and improper chemical levels. By the time it was almost usable, I was checking out—so we never got to use it.The “fix” for the entertainment room was sending a cleaning person who only replaced batteries. Nothing was actually repaired. On top of that, the main house AC broke during my stay in the Florida heat, and it took all day to address.This property is falsely advertised and very poorly maintained. The host was unresponsive and dishonest, and a 30% refund does not come close to compensating for the experience.Avoid this property at all costs.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home during our time of celebration. Our stay was nothing less than amazing… 10 out of 10 and definitely would recommend! Loved the pool!

Het is een prachtig huis met een heerlijk zwembad. Er zijn wel een paar dingen die onderhoud nodig hebben. Normaliter zou ik dat niet melden, maar gezien de prijs van het huis had ik dit anders verwacht. De Pooltafel is behoorlijk gebruikt en daardoor niet meer recht. De garage met de speelruimte ruikt erg muf, alsof er geen frisse lucht binnen kan komen. De beamer is niet te bedienen (geen afstandsbediening) en als je het handmatig probeert kom je erachter dat het geluid ook niet is aangesloten. Allemaal kleine dingen, maar nogmaals, voor de prijs die je betaald verwacht je dat alles tip top is. Het aller grootste minpunt is het ontbreken van een vaatwasser. Na elke maaltijd kan je weer borden, glazen, pannen en bestek afwassen. Ik zou persoonlijk de wijnkoeler meteen inwisselen voor een vaatwasser want dat is wel een gemis.

This was a very disappointing experience and nothing like the listing. The photos looked beautiful and set high expectations, but after a 10-hour flight we walked into a dusty, uninviting space with visibly chipped furniture and extremely uncomfortable beds with stained, dirty mattresses. The bathrooms were old and dated, there were not enough towels for our group, and we even noticed exposed/unsafe wiring in the walls, which was concerning. The pool table was worn out and missing balls, and the outdoor area was in poor condition with old, dirty loungers and a pool that was not clean. Overall, the property looked nothing like what was advertised. We immediately sent photos to the host, Meron, but communication was very poor. The only response we received was that he would “look into it,” which left us spending most of the day dealing with Airbnb support instead of enjoying our trip. This property was a good place for 2 families to stay and hang out while exploring the Miami area. The kids loved the pool, ping-pong, mini-golf, and arcade (Star Wars) room. There wasn't enough silverware or a coffee pot but that was easily remedied after talking to the host. This house looks like it just hasn't been paid attention to in a while though. There were a number of other things that weren't working (shower upstairs, bathtub upstairs, bedet, multiple lights, etc) or worn out (towels, kitchen supplies, etc). The ones we asked about were quickly taken care of, but there were other things we didn't bother mentioning. We had a good time, but the property would be improved by having a little more attention to it to make sure it is well stocked with basic necessities ahead of time.

While the home itself had potential our stay was impacted by multiple unresolved issues and a lack of follow-through from the host. Upon arrival, the movie/game room was not working as advertised, which required maintenance workers to be in the home for hours on both our first and second days. The first night was especially difficult, as the fire alarms repeatedly went off and kept us awake. One of the TVs was broken, and a bathtub issue we reported was never repaired during our stay, despite requesting updates. Additionally, several of the blinds did not work, and the home was noticeably very dusty, giving the impression that it had been sitting for a long time prior to being rented. Because of these ongoing disruptions and the inability to use amenities as listed, we were told we would receive a $500 partial refund Unfortunately that compensation was never provided. The lack of resolution and failure to honor the promised refund left us very disappointed. We would not stay here again
