Tropical Private Pool Home FirePit and Arcades

The house was similar but not exactly as the photos. There were issues we had to deal such as broken shelves,having to fix the keypad but still having issues, and broken furniture. The water was also weirdly colored. The overall stay was not terrible however there are a lot of things that need to be fixed and properly taken care of.

The pictures on the website were nothing like the real thing. When we arrived there was dead baby roaches, pool was dirty, towels had an odor, door of one of the bedrooms was hard to open and noisy, the bedroom near the laundry was super hot and has a step going down and no advisory my grandmother fell and we had to take her to the hospital. Also the washer and dryer didn’t work properly left clothes smelling and would not dry. The good thing was that the host was quick to respond and attend to our needs.

The place does not look like the pictures, its very similar to it but its not the same. The beds were really uncomfortable. The back room has a very weird smell which i informed them the day of. There was no toilet paper or paper towels. Best and only nice part was the backyard. Bathroom was dirty with weird odor aswell. Roaches were also seen. I informed them as-well and they stated they will give me compensation and the compensation was never received

Came down for my birthday (June 13th) & I absolutely had a blast . One of the best birthdays I’ve had in a while ! There were plenty activities for the kids, a game room, floaters for the pool (& the pool was warm) ! The house itself was cozy, heartfelt, & comfortable ! Kitchen appliances, toiletries, laundry soap, just everything you need was available . My host, Gabrielle was very accommodating, communication was on point, I literally had 0 issues . I even got to extend a night for a discounted price ! I’m coming back to FL in next month if this house is available I’d most definitely 100% book again !

On arrival, the property wasn't as pictured in the photos. There was a pungent odar, black mold in the kitchen and bathroom, smoke detectors detached, and electrical outlets loose and falling out. Also, the fridge temperature was lukewarm, and the arcade games didn't work.We reached out to the host with our concerns, and finally received a response after 24 hours. After going back and forth with the host, the host asked us what they could do so we wouldn't leave a review.Overall, poor property, lack of timely response.

We rented this home for my daughters college graduation since we had so many family members coming into town, and it worked out really well. There was plenty of room for everyone, and having the pool and backyard BBQ was a huge plus—perfect for relaxing and spending time together.The location is very convenient to everything, and the price point is good for what you get. The house could use a few upgrades and some additional seating in the living room, but nothing that took away from our overall stay.The owner was extremely kind and very communicative throughout the process, and even left us a bottle of wine to congratulate us on our daughter’s college graduation, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property.
