Amazing place and host

Place and location are amazing ! We really enjoy the place the view and the beach! Great place to relax, safe place for kids mine love it! Beach area can do better on the umbrellas and chairs they leave no room to move around o do nothing! Plce is great just cleaning services can do much better! Other than that great place!!

Absolutely amazing stay! The resort is beautiful, modern and very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable with incredible ocean view. I highly recommend asking about all the facilities because they offer so much facilities. Salon, spa, gym, cinema, etc 😂 Nothing

Beautiful views. Nice location. Home is very outdated . Very disappointed with the hot water. We had to let it run abt 8-10 mins before the hot water was avail in the shower. The walls are very dirty very unset.

Our stay was amazing! The view is spectacular! Would definitely stay there again. The remodel is a bit outdated from the pictures, but kept very well. The host is very responsive and answered all of my questions within minutes.

My husband and I met our best friends (another couple) for a 4 night beach vacation. The location and lay out of this apartment was perfect for us. We each had our own bathroom and the rooms were not right next to each other, so it felt private. The view is the big selling point here and having a balcony was great. Everything was clean and convenient, as advertised. I appreciated being on the 11th floor and not higher. The roof top pool, hot tub and restaurant were only 2 floors down so we could take the stairs because, I will say, as others have noted, that sometimes, the one available elevator that services all floors could take a while. Overall, the amenities were super convenient - access to good restaurants in and around building. There's a Publix not too far away if you want to stock up. We didn't plan on cooking, but if we had, the kitchen didn't have pantry staples other than salt. Great apartment, great beach and location!

First off let me say the view is amazing, a vast expanse of the ocean with the beach below. The host was tremendously responsive to questions and did a wonderful job getting us help with an in-room maintenance need when we checked in. A few areas that were different from the listing and pictures were the following to be aware of. The first is that you are expected to wear wristbands all the time as part of security. I thought this was a condo, but apparently it is part of a resort which requires this to get into the common access areas. The listing pictures of the place are dated because the condo has a lot of scuff marks on the walls in the rooms. The beach area that you have access is not the area inferred by the pictures and had about 3 times more chairs on it than shown. It was really crowded and the chairs are packed together very closely.

This stay was a *dangerous, traumatic disaster.* Do not be fooled by the "discounted" price—this unit is a trap. While sitting on the patio swing with my *7-month-old baby*, the furniture collapsed. We both fell, my child bruised her cheek, and I landed on my back while holding hot tea. We were inches away from a lethal drop from the *11th floor*. The Host’s response? *Total silence.* The property itself is a privacy nightmare: *zero locks *on the main door, bedrooms, or bathrooms. The rooms are so cramped you can’t move, and the "luxury" bathrooms are mediocre at best. To make matters worse, once we asked for a refund, the host tried to *bribe us*. They offered a 100% refund ONLY if we agreed to keep this "private" and not post a review. This is unprofessional, misleading, and predatory. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your safety and privacy.

Our family had an incredible stay in Hollywood Beach, Florida in large part to Our accommodations provided by Ventur! Everything in the Airbnb listing was spot on, extremely clean, booking and communication were super easy, and the view from our apartment was jaw dropping…the pictures don’t even do it justice. Would recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you Ventur, hope to stay here again!

Pésima experiencia. No vale lo que piden. El departamento necesita mantenimiento. Llegué y estaba sucio. Mucha suciedad en el piso. Problemas graves de plomería. La bañera del baño principal, hacía ruidos a la hora de usarla. No pude ninguna noche bañar a mi bebé de dos años. Por otro lado, al tirar la cadena del inodoro se generaba un ruido insoportable. Que de noche era intolerable. No hubo agua caliente en reiteradas oportunidades. Enviaron al plomero el último día, a pesar de que pedí que no lo hicieran. Una falta de respeto. El proceso de check in y check out se tarda un montón, muy mala atención del personal. La playa incomoda. Una reposera al lado de la otra sin privacidad, no hay distancia entre personas. El ascensor demoraba entre 6 y 8 minutos en llegar, 41 pisos con un solo ascensor. Y por último, el valet parking demoraba hasta 30’ para traer el auto. Un desastre. Y el último día me robaron 25 dólares. No lo recomiendo ni el departamento, ni el edificio.

The stay in Holandale beach was pleasant. The residence was clean and as described. The view of the ocean was magnificent. The beach is clean and the staff at the resort is friendly and helpful. The host was accommodating to our 12 month old and was very responsive to communication. Some of the items listed in the amenities were broken (hair dryer, telescope) but they were negligible. Note that there are no dish towels or basic seasonings for cooking, so if you plan on cooking or washing your dishes by hand, bring your own or purchase at the local Walmart.

Overall the place was nice. The view alone is worth a lot. The place was a little run down. Specifically the pots and pans, the showers, and some of the furniture. one hair dryer didn't work. Comfortable beds and pillows were a plus. Washer and dryer work great. Patio was awesome!

We had a great time at this condo. Right beside the ocean with an amazing view. Very nice and spacious kitchen and master bedroom. The check-in process is hectic because it's a residential condo in a mix hotel/residential building, but the building is not setup to be an efficient hotel originally. This is of zero fault to the owner, whom did a great job with the rental property.Great sushi restaurant with ocean view and the building has direct access to the beach. Overall, the property manager and the unit itself is top notch. Will be back again!
