→ Can the pool be heated during my reservation ? Yes, we can heat the pool for an additional $50 per day. Just let us know at least 48 hours before check-in (ideally when you book) so we can have it ready for you. → Is there anybody else living in the guest house ? No, the entire property is exclusively yours. The private guest house is a recent addition to enhance the resort-style experience.

This is a pet-friendly property. Please enter how many pets you are bringing with you before booking. Please clean up after using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, an extra 50$ cleaning fee might apply. No smoking inside the house. Please note that our landscaper will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and our pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week. Services are automatic, and while we don’t have set times, they’re quick and non-intrusive.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is less than a five minute walk from an amazing coffee shop. The backyard with private pool was definitely the star of the show. Both the main house and guest house were clean and cozy, but the property’s outdoor seating and pool made us not want to leave. The host was very responsive, answering my messages within 30 minutes. Next time I’m in Wilton Manors, I would love to stay at this amazing location again.
We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool was full of green algae unusable . Pool should have been maintained before guest came in. Pump was broken . There were some bugs in the kitchen. Not enough towels for showers. Slow to rectify any of the situations that we had. Then upon calling the host it was an AI generated message. When we got home, I called the host management and they would not respond to us. They kept saying they call us back and they never did . Not the best experience.
I had a great stay. The home was nice, clean, and very central to all the things we wanted to do. No problem communicating with the host. I will definitely stay here again
