Ventur Loft 2-Story Beachfront Scenic Views

It was so nice. The windows ate in there. The bed was so comfy. My pictures ate outside out 10 place with 100% recommend. I stayed here for my 21st birthday and I had a beautiful view. The only thing I say, though is be careful of the beach because it was $70 to book a rental umbrella

The property was decent, but not as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean and had all the essentials, but did have any extras. We had to go out and buy more TP.Over all the stay was nice and communication with the host was smooth.

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described, and all of the amenities listed were available and made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect—being so close to the beach was a huge plus! Everything was clean, welcoming, and convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We would absolutely stay again!

The place was great, 1st floor access and easy to get to the beach. Nice staff and very responsive and attentive. Parking was reasonable for the area. A/C worked great and we were comfortable! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and always quick to respond, making everything easy from start to finish. The unit was exactly as described—beautifully maintained with fresh paint, elegant crown molding, floor-to-ceiling windows, and blackout shades for a great night’s sleep. We only needed to bring our clothes because the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and everything we needed. The spacious wraparound patio was perfect for relaxing, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. The beach is just steps away, the pool is right outside the building, and there’s even a café on-site. Valet parking made coming and going effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I chose accommodation for the second year in a row. At first I was looking for a change of place, but why change where I felt good, had the support of the host and the accommodation met everything I expected? a swimming pool with always free space, the ocean in sight and great conditions for sports. peace and quiet and at the same time accessible center. The accommodation is large, with a great terrace, you don't have to worry about noise from the pool - the building has very good security. There are shops and restaurants nearby, but you can cook comfortably in the kitchen. I recommend it and I look forward to coming back next year🙂

Before you book, Google “Casablanca on the ocean” and read the reviews for the building. It’ll give you a much better idea of what you’re walking into. This was, without question, the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Within minutes of arriving, we found multiple roaches in the unit and immediately documented everything with photos and videos. The apartment was dirty and nowhere near the condition shown in the listing photos. The pictures are extremely misleading and do not accurately represent what you’ll actually walk into. The host’s solution wasn’t to move us or provide a clean unit, it was to send pest control after we had already checked in and offer bug spray. Expecting guests to stay in a unit with active roaches that has just been treated with chemicals is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was how the host handled everything afterward. We were told we would receive a full refund, but after making that promise, the host tried deny it.

La estadía estuvo bien, aunque hubo una gotera en el techo y la puerta de la segunda habitación no se cerraba. El lugar está frente a la playa y estuvo bien, otra cosa que podría decir es que pensé que habría un lugar donde estacionarme y no tener que pagar un monto extra por ello. Creo que debería estar incluido dentro del pago del alojamiento, pero bueno por lo demás todo bien.

Amazing location ! Did not use my vehicle everything was walking distance. The place itself was very clean and amazing views.

We absolutely loved the space!!! It is huge and beautiful. The patio was my favorite part because my dog enjoyed it so much and at night was great to seat at and enjoy the breeze. The master bedroom was huge and we loved how nicely decorated it was. To me the best of this townhouse was the location. The fact that you can walk a few steps straight into the beach and you have the pool next to your patio was so convinient. If you have kids they can be at the pool and you can see them from your patio. I also loved the fact that you have a convinient store with drinks, water, sunscreen and some stuff to eat in the lobby and just a few steps from your door. We loved this property so much. We are planning to come back soon.

Very disappointing stay. Within the first few minutes of checking in at 4 PM Saturday, we needed to raise the living room shade to use the sliding door to the terrace. The shade immediately malfunctioned, unraveled, and then completely fell to the floor when the adhesive gave out.Because this is an open loft layout, the failed living room shade affected privacy for the entire loft, including the sleeping area above. The living room faces the rear common pool and building walkway, so once the shade failed the whole loft was exposed to people walking by. It also allowed excessive early morning sunlight, waking anyone sleeping on either level.We documented the issue in real time and notified the host immediately, but no one ever came to repair it.Other amenities also did not work properly:- shower water only got warm, not hot enough for a comfortable shower- fire pit not working- ice maker not workingAs a family of five with three children, the lack of privacy, disrupted sleep, and multiple broken amenities made the loft unsuitable, and we had to scramble to find another place in Miami Beach the very next morning.The lobby and common areas were not well kept, there was a constant marijuana smell in public spaces, and the building overall felt very dated, more like an older 1970s-era property than expected from the listing.Great location, but the unresolved issues and building condition significantly impacted our stay.

Everything was amazing I would definitely book again

This home Is lovely. Very accomdating and attentive host.

The hotel this condo is within is very tired and old. It needs to be massively updated or replaced. But, the condo itself was pleasant and it is only a step from the beach and beach path. The outdoor space overlooks the pool and it can get a little loud. The various restaurants just north of this place (approximately 10 minute walk on the beach path) are very good, and make it an interesting neighborhood. We were a big fan of the food scene in North Beach.

The pictures did not do this place justice lol On the counter there was welcome bottle of wine. The easy access to the beach and having a pool was such HUGH amenity especially since we had kids with us. The patio is definitely a vibe and was very clean! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. I couldn't ask for a better Airbnb experience. Overall I would book this place again and will be within next couple of months. If you plan on staying here be sure take advantage of the valet parking. They were so nice and fast. I felt safe since there is security on the property. 100/10 experience.

Great apartment and location. Very responsive host. The internet was slow, but all was great otherwise!

The condo does NOT appear to match the photos listed online. The pictures show a very clean, modern, and luxurious space, but in person the unit is dated and there is a noticeable mildew smell. This was such a bad experience and I do not recommend.

The location was great. This unit is the closest to the pool and beach access. The balcony looks right over the pool. It was our daughter’s birthday and they had a cake and balloon waiting for her when we arrived. Lights were on in each of the main rooms making it inviting. The main downstairs living space is quite spacious. Appreciate the beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Most impressively the owner called after our stay to ask how everything was and if we had any feedback for other guests which I thought was very professional.

Beautiful area. Comfortable apartment. We stayed there with 5 people (3 children) and there was plenty of space. Communication with the host was constant. I recommend it.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We were steps away from the pool and the beach! The pool was clean, fairly large and got sunshine all day. The beach was perfect and super easy to access. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The condo itself had lots of space. The rooms were large and tons of natural light came through the large windows. The kitchen was mostly stocked except for it was missing a couple of things we were hoping to use to cook some meals and the host was so accommodating that she had the items delivered to us within an hour! I was super impressed. The host was also very responsive.We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

5 Stars!We had an absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained—everything felt fresh and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that’s both truly clean and dog-friendly, but this one nailed it. Our pup loved it just as much as we did! The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and being just steps away from the beach made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to come back!
