Beautiful resort with a great atmosphere, stunning pool area and excellent location!

The place was very good, clean and beautiful but they didn’t mention the charges that the resort takes. Even the resort itself was very beautiful. 10/10 recommend.

location, room was clean and comfortable We were disappointed not by the apartment itself, but by the way we were treated. During check-in the lady at the front desk was unable to activate our wristbands. Almost seven hours we could not properly use the elevators, access the room, or move freely around the building. We had to return to the front desk many times, but the issue remained unresolved. What disappointed us the most was not only the technical problem itself, but we felt that our inconvenience simply did not matter. When we contacted the owner of Apartment 1103, we hoped for at least some understanding or a small gesture of compensation for losing almost seven hours of our vacation. Unfortunately, the responses were cold and formal, with no real effort to help or find a solution. Considering everything that had happened, we asked for a late check-out, but in the end our stay was extended by only one hour. To make matters worse, our wristbands were deactivated before the agreed check-out time, so once again we were unable to fully use the building’s facilities. Technical issues can happen anywhere. What truly defines the quality of a property is how the front desk staff and the owner respond when guests experience problems. Unfortunately, in our case, we did not feel any care, understanding, or genuine willingness to resolve the situation. Also, the floor where we stayed was under renovation, so it was dirty and there were building materials lying around. And there were never any free sunbeds by the pool, meaning their number does not meet the needs of the guests staying there. Even if you buy a separate access to the pool for a day, you only get a towel, and you won't find a free lounge.

Recently stayed 5 nights with 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) and the condo was very nice and there was plenty of space! Host was very informative, and very easy to communicate with. Will stay again in their properties in the near future!

The bathroom shower in unit 1103 was broken and they did nothing to fix it. Just ignored my messages and calls. I paid over $1700 for my stay and I received terrible service. The apartment had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. The host was exceptionally responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Any additional requests or questions were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the entire experience even more pleasant and stress-free. The resort itself was in an excellent location, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping, and everything else we wanted to explore during our trip. The property offered a fantastic range of amenities and facilities, all of which were well-kept and easy to access. Whether relaxing at the resort or heading out to enjoy the surrounding area, everything exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was the combination of a wonderful accommodation, an attentive host, and a resort that truly delivered on comfort and convenience. It is rare to find a place where every aspect of the stay meets such a high standard. I am already planning another trip to Miami, and without hesitation, I will be booking with the same host again. Overall, this was one of the best travel and accommodation experiences I have had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free, and memorable stay. Lyfe Resort & Residences is a very nice hotel with modern rooms and a pleasant, welcoming hotel staff. Valet service was excellent and efficient both on arrival and departure. Very nice staff and service 🙂🥰 Beautifuly designed pool area with the bar and restaurant. Pleasant, friendly ambience. Absolutely amazing the ocean front view with the best ever pictoresque sunrise!!!!

I had a really good time at her place, it was very clean and the space was very accommodating for a family of 5 - plenty of space, the building is really easy to get inside and do other things inside of there. The pool is super awesome. The view is immaculate from her place. And it’s in a really awesome location very close to all sorts of restaurants normal retail store so you really don’t have to go far , I extended my stay in an additional four days while I was there, and I really enjoyed my vacation. I would stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand mit schöner Aussicht vom Balkon und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Liegestühle am Strand und Pool, allerdings nur zwei pro Apartment. Der Gastgeber lieferte vorab hilfreiche Informationen, auch der Parkservice funktionierte gut und ist gebührenpflichtig. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Apartment, Pool und Gym sind sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, etwa durch beschädigte Fliesen. Die Küchenausstattung war für fünf Personen unzureichend und wirkte zusammengewürfelt. Zudem waren der Geschirrspüler und die Glastür im Duschbereich defekt. Auch die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, beim Verschieben des Nachttisches fanden wir deutliche Verschmutzungen. Das Apartment wirkte eher dunkel, was jedoch subjektiv ist. Angesichts des Preises hätten wir eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht, zumal wir in der Stadt eine günstigere und deutlich modernere & bessere Unterkunft hatten.

our stay was truly amazing. Very spacious and private for my family of 5. we enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay again, the elevator situation was a bit frustrating but other than that, it was everything we wanted and more. the hoat was so kind and very responsive. great condo ❣️

No tiene nada de lujo ( luxury ) Faltaban muchos utensillos de cocina, no habia para 6. Muy sucio, mucha falta de mantenimiento, no andaba lavavajilla . Pero principalmente mantenimiento

Great beachfront location, but the apartment had multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. The master bathroom door felt unsafe, water pressure was weak with leaks, and the dishwasher was not be able to use. Communication with the host was slow, and most issues were not resolved during our stay. Cooking utensils were worn out, cleaning tools were missing, and the washer/dryer were dirty. For the price, the apartment was not good value.

Les photos sont très représentatives de la propriété. Le condo est très bien situé, directement sur la plage avec piscines et restaurants sur place. Nous avons dîner à 2 reprises au restaurant Etaru qui est à 2 pas, et qui est excellent! Nous avons manqué de quelques items mais l’hôte nous répondait très rapidement, ce qui était très apprécié. Nous y retournerons!

Thanks for your warm hospitality - the apparment was amazing , big and nicely decorated and right above the pool floor , which was very convenient - also the pool biew and the sea view from the balcony was unparallel. we had wonderful family time there

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better with easy access to the beach and everything we needed just steps away. The building and the apartment were spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. The views are absolutely breathtaking from every room in the apartment. No matter where you stand, you’re greeted with the beauty of the ocean right in front of you. The space itself is also great very spacious, airy, and perfect for relaxing. We also loved having restaurants and bars right in the building, as well as the beautiful pool area. Everything made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied and had an amazing experience staying right on the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Property was amazing and Angel is a top-notch host. She was so accommodating and made sure every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfect I wish I could give her and this property 10 stars because 5 is the max. Just stay here yourself you will not be disappointed.

This condo was just as advertised when it comes to location, floor, and pictures. Very clean. Property manager always got back with me promptly. I only gave 4 stars because the water preasure in the showers was not much more than a sprinkle. The building was crowded, which should be expected in a 30 floor high rise. 11th floor was perfects for going down tye steps to the pool area on the 9th floor.
