I really like the location, the layout, and how well-maintained the property is. Overall, I was very pleased with the property. I didn’t notice any major issues.

Very nice apartment and facilities. The floor was dirty , like they haven't cleaned it for a few weeks. The maintenance of the condo isn't so high. You can find cheaper similar condos in other websites.

Very clean and beautiful views, smooth easy check in. Everything was as described will definitely recommend 10/10.

Amazing stay! The property was spotless, well maintained and exactly as pictured. The location was excellent, close to everything!

We loves our stay at this airbnb! The hotel food was great, the atmosphere and everyone working was very helpful. Tons of great restaurants and things to do close by. We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and as described. Very nice views looking south and west and decent views east toward the ocean as well. The host was very responsive to all of our messages. My only critique is that the valet made an error that they did not rectify. This is not the hosts fault, but it's worth mentioning to review your valet ticket and the amount paid.

The unit was great. Beautiful view of the water and the city. Lay out of this unit was very nice. Could’ve been cleaner, but the stay was still fine.

A lot of good qualities with several annoying qualities that just kept adding up. The listing states paid parking and paid access to resort. It wasn't paid, you have to pay. $40/day for the resort and $35/day for parking. Neither are negotiable. You cannot opt out of these to stay there. The pool and bar food close at dusk. The ocean resort area restricts to two chairs and one umbrella per room. There were 6 of us. These were not made known. There were 3 chairs at the dining table, 4 washcloths, again 6 of us. We were given one garbage bag for the week. The floors were dirty, there was garbage left behind from the tenants before us. The apartment was virtually noise free, even with the fire department directly below us (also not listed), except for the one window in the master bedroom, we heard everything. Not large group or large family friendly. The resort staff was super friendly, it was gorgeous, just not for us to go back to.

The unit was very spacious and had an outstanding balcony with beautiful views. A negative was the unit needs a deep clean.

Soy Eduardo de Argentina...el departamento es excelente..ubicado en piso 24 con unas vistas hermosas..muy amplio...balcón corrido...cocina completa- comedor- sala de estar- dormitorio ppal en suite...otro dormitorio con dos camas..ideal para 4 / 5 personas...TV y buenas duchas con presión de agua...lavarropas y secarropas muy importante....camas cómodas. Esta ubicado en un resorte con valet parking ( u$s 30/35 ) por día..te atienden bien a pesar de que hay mucho movimiento... 2 piscinas en 9no piso muy lindas y limpias con servicio para beber y comer ( no es barato ) pero te atienden bien....acceso a playa te dan 2 reposeras y una sombrilla x familia ( mucha gente y un poco apretado) pero se soporta... El resort te cobra u$s 40 x dia ... todo muy bueno... La verdad un lugar bien ubicado en Hallandele beach con acceso a todos lados...paciencia con los ascensores.. Muy buena experiencia...volveremos

Nice stay would do it again!

Unfortunately, our stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. The apartment did not match the photos or the standard presented in the listing. The internet was slow and not secure, there was an unpleasant smell upon entering, and there were electrical issues in several areas, including non-working outlets and lighting in the living room, which left the space dark. We reached out to the host for assistance, but communication stopped in the middle of the conversation. Due to the unresolved issues and lack of support, we decided to leave the apartment early the next morning. Overall, the apartment did not feel luxurious and did not provide a pleasant stay

The place is even more beautiful than the photos! It’s high up on the 24th floor so the views are amazing! The host is super friendly, she assisted me with an accommodation after I had to cut my trip a day short. The place itself is super clean and amazing.

We had such an amazing stay the condo was exactly as described. The views were beautiful, and the wrap-around balcony was definitely my favorite part. A couple of the lamp outlets weren’t working, but the host responded quickly and was super helpful. We also loved the resort amenities, and the pool was so nice. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!
