Ventur Tropical w Hot Tub Close to Beach

We had a relatively good stay at this home. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to find location and close to restaurants and shops. While the home was clean and comfortable enough, some better care and maintenance is needed. Lots of broken things, leaky fridge, everything needs a deep clean. Its a good deal, house just needs some love!

The host was great and easy to communicate with ! The house was nice, clean, and spacious. It’s great for visiting with family! The area was also nice and had lots of restaurants to choose from! Would definitely recommend booking

The property was fantastic, clean and easy to get access to, 50 mins drive from Miami Int, far enough to closer to Palm Beach, perfect location for our needs, 3-5 mins drive to shops or restaurants, highly recommend Dennies Dinner for lunch or dinner, but for Breakfast you need the Olympic, (if you can get a table) very busy with the regulars and locals. The only thing I would say that could have improved our stay at the house is a manual on how to use the Aircon or Jacuzzi, but even with a little bit of a fiddle you can work it out, we will be rebooking next year, thanks guys we had a perfect time in your property, Jason and the family

Loved the hot tub! We ate originally from Broward and moved to Orlando 2.5 years ago; wanted to take a trip back home to Deerfield, our favorite beach in the world! Perfect spot and the price was great, especially for this location. Would most def return!

The stay was amazing!! Very beautiful home/area, it was peaceful and the neighbors were welcoming and very friendly. The home was beautiful, the jacuzzi & grill was much needed and very clean. I will definitely be booking again or any property from ventur !! I really fell in love with it all!!!!!!!

Great place to stay

Our stay did not meet expectations for the high price paid. The host was initially responsive but maintenance and cleanliness issues persisted throughout and were never fully resolved. The maintenance concerns included a refrigerator that leaked water, heating issues, and a master bath shower that leaked despite what appeared to be a recent repair attempt. We also experienced ants in the bathroom sink. The smart thermostat would override our settings and changed temps daily making it difficult to maintain comfortable temps. Cleanliness was another concern. The home needs a deep cleaning. There was dust throughout, dirty walls/curtains, and mineral water deposit buildup on bath fixtures. There were holes in walls & broken blinds. When we first reported issues, the host asked us to send videos via personal phone rather than the airbnb system. Overall, we were not happy with the condition of the home and the host not resolving ongoing issues. We would not stay here again.

We need a place to stay while in town for work. Great parking and access. It was Comfortable and convenient. Perfect for what we needed.
