Het verblijf is precies zoals op de foto's. Voor het wakker worden, doet de tuinman - voor ons gevoel dagelijks - zijn ronde en maakt het zwembad schoon. Niet verwacht, maar er was toiletpapier, shampoo, zeep en body lotion aanwezig. Ook de "left overs" van vorige bewoners die zeer bruikbaar en dus zeer welkom waren zoals: zout, peper en andere kruiden, koffiepads you name it. Zeer welkom. Wij hebben ook met plezier het nodige achtergelaten wat voor u als geinteresseerde van pas kan komen. Resumerend, waar voor je geld in een veilig voelende omgeving nabij het centrum. Wij nemen een nieuwe vakantie naar deze host zeker in overweging. Familie Van Emmerik

Malheureusement le logement ne correspond pas aux photos. La climatisation ne fonctionnant pas dans les chambres, le propriétaire a ajouté des climatisations extérieures avec l entrée d air juste au dessus des lits. Le bruit est infernal. Impossible de dormir. Le propriétaire est venu et il a lui meme dit qu il est n est pas possible de dormir avec ce bruit. Aucun placard. Et si y en a 1, ouvrez le et vous trouverez un moteur, une chaufferie, des cartons, etc. Bref, tout sauf de quoi ranger des vêtements. 1 fenetre sur 3 s'ouvre. Donc aucun air frais. D ailleurs la maison sentait tres mauvais et le détecteur de fumée etait débranchée. Les anciens occupants ont du fumer ou pire. Enfin, le ménage n etait pas fait. Les photos pour preuve ont ete envoyées. De l urine sur la cuvette, des poils, des cheveux, et le pire, si vous déplacez une meuble, vous tombez sur des moutons de poussières, papier, bonbon,.... Le seul point positif est la gentillesse du propriétaire

Overall, we had a good stay. The house matched the photos, and the location was excellent—very convenient and in a great area. However, there were a few issues that should be addressed. The air conditioning struggled to keep the house cool, especially during the hottest parts of the day. The grill was not prepared for use, and the backyard area was quite dirty and clearly needed more attention. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the house. Unfortunately, it did not feel properly cleaned before our arrival. We would strongly recommend that the host consider changing the cleaning company, as the overall standard of cleaning did not meet expectations. With better maintenance and professional cleaning, this property could provide an excellent experience.

Great view and easy check in, would stay again!

The place was truly amazing! My family and I stay there for 5 days and each day was unforgettable! The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommended the property to anyone visiting the area. Especially, if you have a family!

The place was perfect! Everything was clean and stocked with all the essentials. We had a few issues, however Angel was a text message away. He responded almost immediately which really put me at ease. My mom and I stayed for 5 days with 6, 18 yr olds! The backyard was their favorite place to hangout.

The home is in a extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping. The home is very spacious with a large back yard, off road parking, and washer and dryer. Angel was very responsive to my questions and I would definitely stay here again if I traveled with a large group. There's enough room for everybody.

The place is in a great location right near Aventura mall however we had issues checking in. Our code did not work and we had to get an alternative. After entering we noticed the back door was unlocked. Place is in need of maintenance badly. Pool didn't appear to work but it was so filthy it didn't matter. Clear that quick construction work had been done with drywall anchors embedded in the wall and various holes in different rooms.

The roof leaked into my bedroom when it rained. The toilet loudly squeaked when flushed Pool seemed to have a filter but it had low water pressure so it didn't clean the pool Was given the wrong code at check in. We ended up finding an open door in the back instead (we later received the code)

Our stay was extremely disappointing. On day one, we reported that the main shower did not drain and were told we would be updated on a repair plan. No follow‑up ever occurred, and the shower remained unusable for all six days, leaving our family of six adults with only one functioning shower while preparing for a wedding. The listing claimed a well‑equipped kitchen, yet there were only four drinking glasses. We also encountered multiple safety hazards, including a non‑working fire alarm, exposed electrical wiring, tripping hazards from exterior extension cords, electrical risks near the waterway, and a broken deck board. The pool had visible debris on the bottom throughout our stay, and the beds were poorly maintained, low‑quality mattresses, no mattress pads, pilled sheets, and no extra blankets. Overall, the property fell far below expectations. Very disappointed

We left 3 days into our 10-night stay and were refunded by Airbnb due to significant discrepancies between the listing photos and the property’s actual condition. There was no heat during our stay, with outdoor temperatures dropping to -1°C. No repair was arranged while we were there. The pool was not usable due to cleanliness issues and broken tiles. Outdoor cushions had visible stains and cigarette burns. Kitchen supplies were very limited (3 mismatched glasses, minimal dinnerware, and 2 broken pots). The ensuite bathroom had no shower curtain, and there was visible staining on the wall. We were offered compensation in exchange for not leaving a negative review, which we declined in order to ensure future guests are aware of the current state of the property. Prospective guests may wish to confirm the property’s present condition before booking
