Waterfront Jungle House, Heated, Kayaks & Sunset

Incredible experience!!

The home is situated in a beautiful lot with evening sunset in the backyard over the lake. By lake you can access the Atlantic and had a dock slip for jet skis! I can’t say enough how relaxing just sitting in the backyard watching the wildlife and the sun go down was. Truly a wonderful experience.

Not as expected.

Loved the backyard space and was spacious but for 14 people it was a little hard to make sleeping arrangements. Overall was great for our family trip.

Proper maintenance would have made this stay much better. Sand spurs and old cig butts all around the pool. Air freshener plug ins everywhere - very strong. Shower design made it very easy to leak water out into room. Dishwasher had no power and needed a service call. Sink clogged and couldn’t be fixed. Lights didn’t work in certain areas. Floor not cleaned well, so feet were black from walking around inside. Fridge water filter and air filter had the change indicator on. Host was very responsive and tried to help. No curtains and broken blinds so we made curtains from extra blankets to block street lights. Cooking pans need to be replaced from scratched off teflon. Other than that, it was fine. AC worked perfectly, pool was good. Beds were acceptable. Location was very convenient and we felt safe.

Wow wow! Backyard is awesome! It is a resort in itself! This was a 9 out of 10…. There were some hiccups but most were resolved….very responsive and very friendly!

We absolutely loved the house. No real complaints. Beautiful home. Only and absolutely ONLY issue is, the family there before us may have had their dog and the back children room smelled like dog. But I communicate that to the host and they resolved it right away. Beautiful host and home

This was a very disappointing stay, especially considering the high price of the property. The home was not maintained to the standard advertised. One bedroom had bugs in the bedding. We washed all of the sheets ourselves, but the bugs returned, creating a serious cleanliness concern.There was also a strong smell of dog urine throughout the property, particularly on the outdoor turf, making it unpleasant to spend time outside. The pool did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained during our stay.What has been most frustrating is the lack of resolution afterward. We reported these issues and have been trying to obtain a refund or reasonable compensation, but have received vague responses and continued delays instead of a clear resolution.For the amount charged, guests should expect a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained property. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations, and I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

This is a great location. The backyard was so fun! The place seems a little old and needs some work. The communication was great!

There were a few things needed during our check in and our host sprang right into action. Including getting the pool cleaned right away. We were able to drop off our luggage early and I will say it's not necessarily walkable to much, but we got a rental car and had no issues getting around. The place could use a few updates, and I did put away the Christmas tree lol it's April. But all in all, we had a great time and would absolutely come back for another visit. Pablo, the owner, is absolutely amazing and checked in to ensure we had a great stay afterwards. Thank you so much.

Great location and the house was perfect. It had plenty of room for my family. We had a great view and plenty of outdoor activities to do. The host was great with answering any questions that I had. I definitely recommend this home to anyone with a family or group that’s looking to enjoy themselves and relax while on vacation!

Solid place, stayed there with 12 of my friends it was amazing great location and everything was perfect.

Beautiful backyard that overlooks the lake. Pool was great for the kids. My only complaint was some spots were dirty and not cleaned well, and the back yard we found glass, beer bottle caps and a dirty used diaper in the trees.

Amazing property that was exactly as expected. Tranquil and beautiful, a perfect hangout spot for our vacation. A great location with easy ride share access to both Miami and the Fort Lauderdale area. Whenever we had a question, our host was quick to respond and flexible with requests. I would recommend Angel and specifically this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

This place was not worth the price. There was a blood stain on the bunk bed mattress. Several outlets did not work, repairs throughout the house were incomplete, the patio furniture was filthy, dead yellow jackets were all over the front porch. The online pictures are NOT a true reflection of this home. The front door lock was taped and then became loosened. We couldn't lock the door when we left leaving our belongings unsafe. Not enough toiletries for the amount of guests allowed. Venture representatives asked me not to write a bad review in exchange for 15% discount for my next stay when traveling. Please make sure this property is repaired, repainted, and cleaned before booking.

We had a great stay. The place was nice, clean, and very spacious, with beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy. We had a large group, and there was still plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The host was very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again.

The biggest issue was that the listing said the pool could be heated, and then when we got there they told us it couldn't. Would never has booked a place without a heated pool. Aside from that, one bathroom had a large fly infestation that was coming from somehwhere in side the house. Main bathroom door doesn't lock. Jacuzzi in pics is disgusting and unusable. Pics were maybe taken many years ago and the place is dingy and in need of an upgrade. There was no slide in the kids room. Towels were all wet when we got there and host sent us new ones. Back door lock was broken. they sent someone to fix it. The games were all in poor condition. Basketballs had no air and no pump in site. Arcades needed to all be moved to different location to get them to work. After complaing, the host said he would give us 30% off if we gave a good review. We ended up just going direct to AirBNB to complain and got the same discount and are able to tell the truth on the review. Place needs an upgrade badly

this place was perfect for my family. plenty to do with the kids when thenrainnkept us indoors. great mall within 5 minutes. back yard is awesome. very responsive host! we had an issue with TV and new remote showed up via courier quickly!

The jungle house was very enjoyable. It has little touches like old school arcade games and pool table. The lake yielded several tarpon and barracudas. Beds were comfortable. I would say it is tough to bring a larger boat due to how busy area is and circular drive. I would stay again.

It was an amazing experience at the place and we enjoyed every second of it.

SCAM. The place doesn't look like the listing, it's not well kept and there's a light flickering in the kitchen that was making a weird creepy noise. I SPENT LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AND LEFT THE PROPERTY! Asked for a PARTIAL REFUND and the owner didn't even respond. DO NOT STAY THERE!

We went there as a family with 5 kids and hoped for a fun and safe trip. When we arrived, we noticed tiles in the house were loose (which was a trip hazard), dead cockroaches, and live ones running around the house as well as missing toilet paper. So we contacted Angel. He said that he would bring over the toilet paper and have someone check out the loose tiles. He brought the toilet paper over but for the rest of our stay, no one came to look or fix the tile problem. Also, when we came out to swim in the pool, The water fall didn’t work. We let him know, and he said he would contact someone to take a look at it and no one came. As we were waiting in the airport to leave Florida, Angel contacted me via phone and asked for a 5 star review in return for 50% our next stay with him. I told him I’d rather take a 50% refund on this stay and not the next stay. He said he would call me back in 2 days and let me know, but never got back to me and never responded when Airbnb support reached out.

Great place for large groups but I would say the property was run down and needs some attention. Cleaning in kitchens and bathrooms was good but generally the place was a bit tatty. Great price for size of the property and area. Host was very responsive and sorted issues very quickly and went above and beyond to resolve problems. I would recommend but don’t expect a perfect/brand new property.

We had a good stay except day 1 as we had some minor issues with the bathrooms. Other than that it was a great home. All facilities were excellent.

We stayed at this home for a week. There were positives — the host was responsive, the location is great, the views off the back deck are beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. The baby amenities were also appreciated, especially the pack-and-play with a real mattress. However, for the high price point and “luxury” listing, the home did not meet expectations. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival. We took our shoes off right away and within an hour our feet were black. The host did send a cleaning crew after we reached out, which was appreciated, but it wasn’t the welcome you expect at this level. We also noticed several maintenance and care issues throughout the property: many remotes had dead batteries, some of the game items (including the basketballs) were flat, and although the listing shows multiple arcade machines, only one can be used at a time because there’s no power strip. Outside the cushions were stained, daybed fabric was torn, part of the back gate was broke

The place is very well located, and you can walk around with your dog without any issues. It also has beautiful views that make you feel relaxed. The neighborhood is calm, peaceful, and very safe no karen. Inside was super clean, tidy, and well organized. I forgot a ring during my stay, and the host did everything possible to help me get it back. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I definitely recommend this place, and I would gladly stay here again!

It was a beautiful place, with great location right in the middle of everything possible. But with a yard like that who needs to step out, we had our own little hidden paradise all for ourselves! Thank you Angel. You have been a great host!
