El apto muy bueno , muy limpio y muy acagedor

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described beautifully renovated, very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The ocean view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just a short walk away. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and having free parking was a huge plus. The building has excellent amenities. Haya was very responsive and made the check-in process easier. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sunny Isles Beach!

The stay was good the only issue we had was hair in the showers and the towels were dirty other than that everything was good

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sunny Isles Beach. Haya was an excellent host—very responsive, friendly, and always available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. The apartment was comfortable, the location was great, and the free parking spot was a huge bonus that made our trip very convenient. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, such as some water clogging in the bathroom shower and washroom area, but they didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Miami/Sunny Isles Beach area. Thank you, Haya, for your hospitality!

We had a good stay overall. The place is located very close to the beach and has nice amenities like a pool. However there were a couple of things broken at the airbnb like no water from the fridge and the bathtub drain was a little clogged. overall though we enjoyed our stay

We were a group of 5. Apartment was great, clean and spacious, exactly like shown on pictures. Building is very clean and well maintained. Location is great with beach across the street, short drive to Aventura Mall and 15 minutes walk to other shopping. Haya was very kind and quick in her communication. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location! We were able to walk right to the beach! The view was also fantastic! All the staff was friendly and host was great with communication. However i did not feel like the place was clean. The fridge did not have running water/ice, sink in bathroom did not drain well and the couch was stained so badly we didn’t even sit on it. Overall the location and the view made up for some of the downfalls!

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado y cumplía con lo visto en la fotos, fácil acceso a la playa y muy cómodo. Haya siempre fue muy atenta con nosotros y respondía rápidamente nuestras consultas La única cuestión negativa era que había un grupo electrógeno en la calle que daba al balcón que hacía bastante ruido , por lo que no podías disfrutar del exterior , tenías que tener cerrada la ventana para que el ruido no interfiera en tu descanso, y aún así se escuchaba dentro del departamento, si tenes sueño liviano es un problema. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien!

El departamento es muy cómodo, muy completo y con parking incluido y muchas zonas de acceso libre, a muy pocos metros de la playa, en un lugar muy seguro. La gente de recepción y la anfitriona muy amables. Lo recomiendo 100%

We enjoyed our stay at Haya’s condo. The PROs: phenomenal access to a great beach; tennis court on site; great coffee shop in the building. The CONs: massive portable generators for the air conditioners were running 24x7 on the street below. The noise from these made our balcony unusable; the building was not dog friendly (even though Haya accepted our two dogs); Miami traffic was awful. Took us an hour to get to South Beach (several different days). Overall a very good stay as evidenced by the 5 stars

Muy buen departamento , bien ubicado y linda vista

La estadía no pudimos disfrutarla por los inconvenientes que tuvimos en el baño desde que llegamos, lo que implicó gente de mantenimiento constantemente en el apartamento . La bacha del baño no desagotaba y lo solucionaron recién dos días antes de terminar nuestra estadía en el apartamento . Fue muy incómoda esa situación dado que éramos cinco personas.Tampoco funcionó una de las canillas de la bañera. Y hubo también inconvenientes con el desagote. El día que llegamos nos dejaron todas las toallas húmedas. El sillón del comedor muy sucio. Y poco lugar para guardar ropa en un apartamento que se ofrece para cinco personas!! Definitivamente no volvería!! La peor estadía desde que reservo con Airbnb.

The unit had unresolved maintenance issues during our stay. The only bathroom sink was unusable for two nights, and the kitchen fridge began leaking water, creating a safety concern. While the host was polite and responsive in messages, the issues were not resolved in time and significantly impacted our stay.

Le condo est sympa avec une grande gym et piscine. L'accès se fait facilement avec parking et remise des clefs via code. L'appartement est spacieux et vue sur l'ocean. La literie est deplorable: les lits couinent au moindre mouvement, les draps et oreillers sont de mauvaises qualités. Le menage laisse a desirer: le sol était collant et la vaisselle complètement grasse et pas lavée pour certains elements. Le canapé est taché et meriterait d'etre lavé.
