⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was neat, organized, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, grocery stores, and a variety of great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for everything we needed during our stay. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience made this a top-notch experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. The only inconvenience was that the pool area didn't have a restroom near, but it's not a big deal.

The living room did not look like the picture shown in the advertisement. Large pieces of furniture in the middle of the room. The door jam looked like it had been pried open many times which made me feel a little unsafe. The floors were deplorable, i.e, cracks throughout, pieces missing. The room needs many updates and cleaning. I was very disappointed that what the pictures showed was not what the room I thought I was staying.

Great location steps away from the broadwalk at Hollywood beach. The condo is in a nice neighborhood, you’re so close to everything in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for 3 adults. Gabrielle is a great host.

One of my favorite places to stay in Hollywood beach! On-site parking and right next to the beach. Also has a balcony. Very clean with lots of natural light coming through the windows. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting Hollywood area for the last 16 years, and it’s first time that we are truly disappointed with the stay…The property was in a very bad condition, floors were very dirty, had to scrub them ourselves, as it took 2 days and call to Vrbo to get a response from the management company, and nothing was resolved. The drainage was very bad, the floors old, and cracked, the electrical box falling off the wall…. The only good thing was the pool(for which they tried to charge me more) and the proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. Will never stay here again.

Gabrielle is an amazing host. Highly recommend! The place is in a very good location, close to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and clean. Lots to do in the area. Walking distance from restaurants and stores. Definitely going stay in the here again. Thanks!

After our stay, Jeffrey reached out to me and offered a partial refund in exchange for not leaving a review. Since that agreement was not honored, I am leaving this review to reflect our experience. Before arrival, Gabrielle was easy to communicate with and provided clear access instructions. However, the unit’s condition was noticeably worse than shown in the listing photos. There was peeling and cracking on the ceiling, water stains and humidity damage on the walls, and a dead cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival. Later that same evening, we saw a live cockroach in the kitchen. I messaged Gabrielle during our stay to report these issues but did not receive a response. While the shower was good and the beds were decent, due to the overall condition and cleanliness concerns, I would not stay here again or recommend this property.

Gabrielle was very accommodating and responsive. The place was quaint and just what we needed to visit family. The location was most important and that exceeded our expectations and made our stay so much more enjoyable… we got to run down and catch the sunrise many mornings!
