Beachfront Luxe Condo Sunrise Oceanfront Balcony

The suite is gorgeous, has nice and mindful touches like a library, kettle, yoga mat, different blankets and various outdoor furniture. Decor was lovely and cozy. Communication with a host was timely and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was a constant noise from AC units on a roof of a restaurant in front of our window. But it was shown on the listing, so it’s not a big surprise. Sleeping with doors closed wasn’t an option, because of a mild smell from the air conditioner. So we used ear plugs to sleep. Late check-out cost here $75 though with other hosts (it was our 7th stay in Hyde/Lyfe) it used to be complimentary 1-2 hrs when available.

It was right at Hallandale beach. On the 6th floor with decent views. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large gym. The water in the bathroom was really hot. The porter was really nice in bringing up luggage. Spacious apartment for a 1-bedroom. I thought I was booking into the hotel. It’s a condo Airbnb and I had to pay extra for access to resort facilities. I was only informed that I had to pay resort fees and extra insurance on top of my booking when I checked in! The place is quite dated. And the view to the beach is partially marred by the low building in front of the apartment with technical equipment on the roof. Coffee counter had good coffee and one croissant but closes at 1 PM Restaurant - ordered a medium burger (you’re supposed to be award-winning). It came totally raw. The restaurant manager and waiter were kind enough to waive this from my bill. Had to wear a blue band (which is your key) for the whole stay under threat of a penalty of a $100 for not wearing this. I was there for a cousin’s wedding and felt that I was in some cheap resort wearing this band. I got a long speech that this is what the owners association/ condominium has agreed. I heard a lot about how the owners association decides this and that. This is the problem where there’s an owners association that has no clue about hospitality, deciding what happens in the resort. There were no coffee capsules. I had to ask for them and was told that they’re in the kitchen. Had to ask again as I couldn’t find them. Then they left it at concierge. Concierge said that I had to collect packages from the second floor at a cost of $55 per package. I said I was not going to be collecting some coffee capsules for that much money. And then, after a long speech from the Concierge, she actually found the plastic bag on the floor next to the desk. For checkout, they informed me that I had to throw away my own rubbish in the chute in the corridor. I said I had booked and paid for a five star resort and that I was not going to be doing this. I have never heard of having to remove my own rubbish for checkout in a 5- star resort! There is only one lift for the whole building (40 or so floors?) so at peak times, you have to wait a long time.

את הבריכה ואת גודל החדר שהוזמן זה לא מלון. זה אייר בי.אנד.בי וחברת הניהול של המקום כושלת. לא קיבלנו מצעים (ציפות לכרית, סדינים, ציפות לפוך וגם לא קיבלנו מצעים לילדים), לא קיבלנו מגבות, לא הייתה עריסת תינוק ונאלצתי להשכיב את התינוק שלי על הריצפה לישון, הצינור של הטוש מקלחת היה קרוע, ארונות המטבח היו מבולגנים ממש כאוס, הזבל של כל הקומה נערם מחוץ לדלת שלנו, בתוך הקומה עצמה, וגם ריססו צבע רעיל במשך יומיים שיפוצים מחוץ לחדרינו דבר שהקשה עלינו לנשום. בנוסף, דרשו 220 דולר יותר ממה ששילמנו בבוקינג בעת ההזמנה (דבר שלא נאמר לפני) ולא היה עם מי לדבר כי הקבלה לא קשורים להזמנה עצמה, הם רק נותנים מפתח. כל תלונותינו טופלו רק אחרי 3 ימים של שהייה בחוסר נוחות גדולה ולפני עזיבתנו. אכזבה! אל תעיזו להתקרב. עורכת - קראתי את תגובתכם השקרית ואגיב עליה כאן. 1 – הקבלה רק נותנים מפתחות לחדר, מחתימים על טפסי צ'ק אין וזהו. כל פניה איננה נעשית דרכם אלא רק בפניה אליכם. הם בעצמם אמרו שהם מכירים את ההתנהלות הבעייתית ושהם נתקלים בזה המון מולכם גם עם אורחים אחרים. 2- צוות הניקיון לא הכין לנו שום מצעים, מגבות, כריות, שמיכות ולול. ואתם משקרים שאתם כותבים שלא ציינתי את זה בפניותי כי יש לי תכתובות רבות מולכם דרך שירות הלקוחות שלכם בבוקינג וגם הכל צולם והועבר אליכם. הכל מתועד ויועבר גם לבית משפט. 3- לגבי מועד אספקת העריסה – היא סופקה אחרי 3 ימים ולא שעה לאחר הגעתנו. שקרנים. יש לי תיעוד לזה בתכתובות מולכם וגם בתמונות שבהם מצולם איש התחזוקה שהגיע עם הלול בידו. יש תאריך צילום על התמונה. 4- היחידות שלכם כן בשיפוצים ולראיה העברתי תצלומים של מכונה המרססת ספריי צבע רעיל בכל המסדרון. 5- אתם שוב משקרים כי יש לי תכתובות מכם כולל צילום על טוש מקלחת קרוע שמנע מאיתנו להתרחץ 3 ימים. שקרנים. הכל מתועד גם בכתובות ביננו. 6 - התשלום בסך 220 דולר נגנב מהאשראי שלי! לא הופיע בשום מקום בהזמנתי בבוקינג שעליי לשלם סכום זה. יש לי תיעוד של ההזמנה. גם זה שקר נוסף שלכם ואפילו הוכחתי את זה לחברת האשראי שלי שאמרה שתתבע אתכם בעצמה על שימוש באשראי שלא כדין.

I would definitely stay here again. The view is amazing. I spent a lot of time in the balcony watching sunrise and sunsets. The apt has tall ceilings and everything super modern. The bed, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Staying at this beachfront apartment was an incredible experience. The location could not have been better—just steps away from the beach with beautiful ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise over the water made the whole trip feel relaxing and special.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed for a great stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces and comfortable beds. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and made the space feel bright and open.One of the highlights was being able to walk straight out to the beach within minutes. It was perfect for morning walks, swimming, or just sitting by the water in the evening. The surrounding area also had great restaurants and shops nearby, which made it easy to explore without having to drive far.The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out very easy. They provided clear instructions and were available if we had any questions during our stay.Overall, this beachfront apartment was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place right by the ocean.
