Driveway up to 3 cars on the driveway (no parking on street or grass as city will fine you) This is a pet-friendly property. Please enter how many pets you are bringing with you before booking. Please clean up after using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, an extra 50$ cleaning fee might apply. No smoking inside the house. Please note that our landscaper will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and our pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week. Services are automatic, and while we don’t have set times, they’re quick and non-intrusive.
We loved this location! The host is very responsive and kind and helped us a ton. Our favorite part of the rental was using the backyard. It was definitely worth what we paid and we even extended our trip. Thank you!
